Urban distribution network is an important part of ensuring urban development,which is related to the development and future of the city.Scientific and rational planning of the distribution network is the basis for ensuring the safety and reliability of power supply and maintaining the development of power supply enterprises.However,due to the large amount of engineering,the relatively small single investment,and the relatively large overall investment,the urban distribution network planning is difficult to evaluate.Therefore,there is no effective method for the assessment of the distribution network planning technology.The scientific and rational planning of the distribution network has seriously affected the reliability of the distribution network.At present,how to effectively evaluate the technical compliance of distribution networks has become a key issue of academic concern.Therefore,it is especially necessary to construct a series of scientific and systematic planning evaluation programs.In this paper,based on the demand of the distribution network in Kunming,the author constructs a technical evaluation index system for distribution network,and proposes a scientific,systematic and reliable planning plan.The details are as follows:First of all,the author analyzes the research background,purpose and significance of the article,and draws on the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the specific content and technical route of the full-text research.Secondly,the author expounds the relevant theories of this paper,and conducts in-depth exploration from various aspects such as distribution network planning,theoretical line loss and power supply evaluation,and provides theoretical basis for the writing of the article.Thirdly,the author designs the distribution network planning and its technical index system,and outlines the analysis of the design principles,the construction of the evaluation system and the specific settings.Then,the author constructs the line loss model of the evaluation system.Through the analysis and evaluation algorithm,the line loss evaluation basis,the author combines the characteristics of the planning grid,and based on the hypothesis processing,proposes the evaluation method for the line loss suitable for planning power supply.Finally,the author explores the effectiveness of this evaluation method through examples.At the same time,according to the classification of distribution network planning projects,the system evaluation ideas are put forward.Taking the 2018 Kunming distribution network planning as an example,the project and investment benefit evaluation is carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the judgment scheme are quantified to make the power grid planning decision more Practical,scientific,and has a strong guiding significance.
