Research On Benefit Evaluation Of BIM Technology Application Guided By Owners

Nowadays,the production efficiency of the global construction industry is declining,the traditional construction industry management model and production model can no longer meet the development requirements of the modern construction industry,BIM,as an innovative technology called "the second revolution in the construction industry" by the industry,can effectively improve the key problems of low productivity,high pollution and high energy consumption in the construction industry.At present,with the increasing emphasis on BIM technology in China,the application scope of BIM technology is becoming wider and wider,how to correctly and effectively promote BIM technology,and how to scientifically evaluate the benefit value brought by applying BIM technology,it is necessary for the various parties involved in the construction industry,As the largest participant in the application of BIM technology,the owner is the most suitable for the owner to lead the application and promote BIM technology.Therefore,this article builds a BIM application benefit evaluation index system from the perspective of the owner,conduct a comprehensive evaluation study on the benefits of the owner's application of BIM technology in actual projects,solve the problem of the uncertainty of the application benefit value of BIM technology in the actual project of construction industry.Firstly,this paper studies the research status of BIM technology application benefits at home and abroad and the application points of BIM technology,and elaborates the necessity of studying the benefits brought by BIM technology in practical projects;Secondly,through the detailed reading and research of 27 foreign research literatures,the BIM benefit indicators involved in the literature are extracted,screened,merged and optimized,and 14 BIM application benefit indicators are summarized,the 14 BIM benefit indicators are divided into five levels according to financial benefits,product benefits,organizational benefits,management benefits,and strategic benefits,thus obtaining the BIM application benefit evaluation index system led by the owner;Use AHP to construct a judgment matrix to determine the weight of each level of indicators in the evaluation system,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the BIM application benefit evaluation index system,quantify the benefit value,and calculate the theoretical value of the benefit;Finally,this paper analyzes and verifies the BIM application benefit evaluation index system led by the owner with a real project as a case,the results of the five aspects of the application of BIM technology in the project case were measured,and the results of BIM benefit evaluation were excellent.The owner can analyze the application benefit value of the BIM technology according to the BIM technical benefit evaluation index system,further strengthen the application ability of the BIM technology,and provide a scientific and effective basis for the owner to formulate the implementation plan of the BIM technology application.
