With the development of China’s economic level and the continuous innovation of construction technology,the application of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings has basically been popularized,but the depth of application of BIM technology in different projects is different,and the effects presented are different.The structure of super high-rise buildings is complex,and factors such as project participants,construction machinery and on-site construction environment influence each other,which obviously increases the difficulty of project construction management.The introduction of BIM technology has systematically changed different aspects of super high-rise building project management.On the basis of traditional project management,it has improved construction technology,saved costs,and improved management efficiency,thereby making up for traditional project management.Insufficiency of the model.Studying the benefits of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings can clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the application of BIM technology,help improve the application capabilities of BIM technology,and benefit the sustainable development of BIM technology.This paper mainly studies the application benefit evaluation of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings.Firstly,it summarizes the research status of the application of BIM technology at home and abroad and the application benefits of BIM technology,expounds the related theories of BIM technology and benefit evaluation,and elaborates the development of super high-rise buildings.Secondly,through the review of relevant research literature and case summary analysis,the BIM technology application benefit evaluation indicators in the literature were extracted,sorted and classified,and divided according to five levels of progress benefit,quality benefit,cost benefit,safety benefit and management benefit.A benefit evaluation index system for the application of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings is presented.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index of benefit evaluation,and the application of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,this article takes an actual super high-rise building project as a case,analyzes and evaluates the benefits of BIM technology applied to the project,and obtains a good evaluation result of the benefits of BIM technology applied to the super high-rise building.Thus,it provides a theoretical basis and experience reference for the evaluation of the application benefit of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings.The characteristics and innovations of the thesis are: based on the research of BIM technology,there is currently a lack of evaluation research on the application benefits of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings.For the application of BIM technology in super high-rise buildings,the benefits and value of BIM technology application should be highlighted..In this paper,when studying BIM technology benefit evaluation index,on the basis of literature research,combined with the actual cases of super high-rise buildings to extract benefit evaluation index,improve the BIM technology benefit evaluation index system of super high-rise buildings,and at the same time,provide improvement countermeasures for the application of BIM technology of super high-rise buildings.
