Electric energy is particularly important for the development of the national economy,and thermal power generation is the main way of producing electric energy in the power generation mode,which accounts for about 70%.Thermal power plant steam turbine in the power system of the power link,which is also known as the "crown of the machinery industry",after more than 60 years of development,although the level of information construction of steam turbine equipment operation and management continues to improve,but there are still industry pain points,thermal power plant equipment is numerous,manual inspection is difficult,equipment failures can not be found in time,operation and maintenance protection difficulties,resulting in high operation and maintenance costs,equipment energy losses.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the steam turbine of thermal power plant as the research object,and integrates the three-dimensional visualization virtual technology with the steam turbine system and information.The three-dimensional visualization technology can directly and realistically display a variety of information such as equipment,scenes,operation and maintenance operations,and realize the multi-dimensional display of information in the operation and maintenance process of steam turbines.The operation and maintenance personnel are constructed to build a cognitive system,and the operation and maintenance process can carry out maintenance and auxiliary training operations for the steam turbine through roaming inspection,and at the same time,it can effectively warn the risk of the equipment status and complete the emergency plan response.While bringing the "immersive" experience to O&M personnel,it improves the efficiency of O&M management,reduces O&M costs,and provides a strong guarantee for enterprise safety production.The research work in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Analyze and compare the characteristics of 3D modeling technology,use3 D Max and Solid Works software for virtual scene modeling of steam turbine equipment,use ANSYS for finite element analysis,use Unigine engine as a three-dimensional visualization display platform for steam turbine models,use SQL Sever database to integrate steam turbine equipment and its operation and maintenance data,and use QT as the development framework of system programs to complete the functional design of steam turbine operation and maintenance system.Through the analysis,development and function implementation of the O&M system,the development tasks of the visual asset management module,the visual maintenance training module,the visual inspection module,the visual equipment status module,the visual risk analysis module,and the emergency response module were completed,and the system was released on the PC and mobile terminals.(2)The collision detection is completed in the physical system,the virtual dynamic display of steam in the steam turbine is realized in the particle system,and the sound system gives the operation and maintenance personnel a stereo surround feeling,which improves the immersion of operation and maintenance.The virtual scene is optimized to prevent frames and improve the smoothness of roaming inspection.The use of parallel split shadow maps increases the sampling frequency in the texture space and improves the quality of the map. |
