Long-distance water diversion project is an important way to alleviate the uneven distribution of water resources among regions.However,due to the large span,long distance and many risk factors involved in the long-distance water diversion project,it would cause huge losses,when the project suffered extensive damage.So the safety management should be attached great importance of the long-distance water diversion project during operation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the characteristics of long-distance water diversion project,on the basis of data collection and field investigation,the risk factors in the operation of long-distance water diversion project are identified,the hazards caused by the risks are analyzed,and the safety risk index system of long-distance water diversion project operation is preliminarily established.(2)Based on the improved three-dimensional grey comprehensive correlation model,the correlation of safety risk factors is analyzed,and the sensitivity of each risk factor is calculated.Combined with the correlation degree and sensitivity of risk factors,the safety risk index system of long-distance water diversion project operation is optimized.(3)On the basis of calculating the weight of correlation degree and sensitivity of risk indicators respectively,the combination of risk factors is empowered based on the principle of maximum deviation.According to the sub-constraint theory,after the overall evaluation of the system,the contribution value of the index to the syste m is removed one by one.Through the change of the system score,the key risk factors affecting the operation safety of long-distance water diversion project are extracted.Aiming at the key risk factors,the PDCA cycle model based on square circle theory is applied to improve the preventive measures and management methods,the possibility of risks occurrence are reduced,and the safety level of project operation is improved.
