Automobile industry is an important pillar industry of national economic and social development.However,the dependence of traditional automobiles on fossil fuels not only accelerates the pace of energy consumption,but also aggravates the crisis of environmental pollution.As an energy-saving and environment-friendly transportation tool,new energy vehicles have effectively alleviated the problems of energy consumption and environmental pollution.Therefore,the new energy automobile industry has gradually become the main development direction of the international automobile industry.In recent years,although China's new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly,it is still in the primary stage of development,facing opportunities and challenges.Based on the analysis of the background of the development of new energy vehicles in China,this paper finds that there are some serious problems in the development of new energy vehicles,such as technical bottlenecks and "fraudulent compensation".These two phenomena seriously hinder the development of China's new energy automobile industry.This paper puts forward solutions and suggestions for these two problems: In terms of technology selection,this paper evaluates 20 key technologies by using the method model of ULV-ANP-Entropy,so as to formulate a reasonable technology research path to break the technology bottleneck problem with limited resources.In terms of subsidy policy optimization,this paper evaluates 15 new energy automobile enterprises by using triangular fuzzy number(TFN)-analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-TOPSIS model.Finally,according to the evaluation results,a differentiated subsidy policy is formulated to promote healthy competition and development of the industrial market.At present,China's new energy automobile industry is in the stage of development,and will face various opportunities and challenges.The methods,models and ideas provided in this paper in the selection of key technologies and the optimization of subsidy policies are of great significance to the government and enterprises,and provide guarantee for the development of China's new energy automobile industry.
