With the rapid development of manufacturing capabilities and market demand of the door and window industry,the current production capacity and management level of domestic door and window manufacturing enterprises have encountered great challenges.The automatic and informational level of enterprises are required to raise to a higher level.In order to meet the development needs of the door and window industry,enterprises must continuously expand their production capacity and size,which need higher automatic level from design to installation.There are few available informational devices for most enterprises to design and manufacture.The door and window industry lacks the means of graphic design and processing planning data integration management.The current design and management software neither satisfy the integration production needs nor support the design and production automation of the enterprises.In order to improve the management of integration data and production automation level,the thesis will analyze the graphic data and features of process data.Taking FreeCAD as the basic platform,we research the interactive design of graphs and the integration management methods of cutting process data.We also bring about automatic creation of the automatic production of BOM and the automatic production of NC code through the knowledge relevant to Graph Theory.We study deeply the graphic elements of designs and their type,parameter and numeric types that they constrain.According to group technology,with binding rules and characteristics of cutting rules,we propose the classification methods of designing doors and windows,build parameterized mapping model of doors and windows,and then realize the interactive design of doors and windows.To realize the speedy calculation of door and window materials,we build the interface entry framework of process rules and driving models of cutting process rules,and integrate graphic design and cutting process rules in the interface and data layer.We design the mapping traversal algorithm between undirected graphs which take the specific function of vertex and sides as mapping condition,and realize the automatic building of BOM.Taking width-first BOM layered traversal algorithm,we achieve the automatic transfer of product characteristics from top to bottom.Therefore,the automatic production of NC code is achieved,and the needs of software and apparatus integration in production is satisfied.In the thesis,the modeling approach of undirected and directed graph in Graph Theory is applied successfully to the data modeling of door and window design.The issue of building graphs rapidly is solved,and some data integration management issues are resolved,namely,window structures,process rules process BOM,and so on.Combining with the business process of door and window enterprises,we develop the interactive design of doors and windows and data integration system of process planning by using Python language,realizing the rapid design of doors and windows and automatic creation of process BOM.We improve the efficiency and convenience of graph design and process data planning,and provide powerful data support for intelligent manufacturing systems.
