Artificial intelligence emerged in the 1950 s,and although it has only been developed for decades, its research has been widely used. With the development of artificial intelligence, driverless technology has also developed rapidly.Unmanned technology is a multidisciplinary and comprehensive technology that integrates many technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet+,communication technology, and big data.It relies on its own intelligent software systems to simulate human operations.Autonomous driving tasks.A driverless car is a car that uses unmanned technology. Its development and application will have a new impact on people's lives and the development of human society.Based on the definition of relevant concepts, this paper sorts out the development status of unmanned vehicles at home and abroad, analyzes the potential social value and challenges of driverless vehicles, and then brings about possible unmanned vehicles. The main ethical issues were discussed in detail. In the machine ethics of driverless cars, there is the dilemma of intelligent machine moral subject status, whether intelligent machines can have emotions and the influence of emotions on behaviors. In the algorithmic ethics of driverless cars, there are ethics that should be followed in algorithm design.Principles and algorithms can predict the degree of contradiction. In the social ethics related issues of driverless cars, they are characterized by technical security risks, accident liability, intergenerational barriers, employment and business impact.Secondly,in view of these major ethical and social problems, the possible factors are found out.It is pointed out that the unmanned vehicle technology system is not perfect because the unmanned technologies are not closely matched, the technology itself has limitations and the technical standards are not uniform.Lack of relevant ethical principles, lack of reasonable traffic regulations, and lack of a sound regulatory system can lead to imperfect social management of driverless cars, and the public's lack of awareness and cognitive differences in driverless cars that make the public unmanned.Cognitive bias in cars.Thirdly, aiming at the problems and their causes,a series of methods for speeding up the research and development of driverless car technology, improving the management system of driverless cars, and raising the public's awareness of driverless cars are proposed.Relevant countermeasures,in order to play a certain role in guiding the research and development of driverless cars.In short, with the development of society and the advancement of science and technology, while the technology of driverless cars continues to develop and improve, unmanned vehicles will become mature, and the existing ethical and social problems will be gradually solved. We believe that its application and promotion will serve people better.
