The rapid construction of new city and district is the power engine of China's rapid economic development.With the deterioration of the global environment and the development of the society,the construction of the new district should have a green and low carbon effect.The promotion and development of electric vehicles and related industries in the new district conform to the concept of green and low carbon development in the new district.As an energy supply facility for electric vehicles,it is of great significance in theory and practice to study the location and capacity of EV charging station in the new district.In the article,first analyzes the shortcomings of particle swarm optimization applied to the location and capacity of charging stations.Combined with the planning characteristics of the new district,a chaotic simulated annealing particle swarl optimization(CSAPSO)algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.Introducing the idea of chaos to make the particle more efficient in traversing search space,combined with the probability jump characteristic of the simulated annealing algorithm to make the algorithm still has a higher global optimization ability in the later period of the iteration.At the same time,according to the idea of Voronoi diagram and grid theory of demand point,the method of dividing the charging stations service range is put forward.Combined with Floyd shortest path algorithm,the accuracy of service scope of charging station is further improved.Secondly,aiming at the particularity of the problem of the location and capacity of EV charging stations in the new district,a comprehensive objective function was proposed.The constructed objective function includes profits of charging station operators,electric vehicle users,power line corridor and power grid enterprises.Finally,taking the district area of a city planning and eonstruction as an example.The proposed CSAPSO algorithm and objective function were tested by the given example,the results verified its feasibility and effectiveness.
