| The optimal planning is attained through two stages: First of all, without regard to geographic information to determine the conditions under substation initial plan, optimization mathematical model of substation site capacity are planning to meet objectives in theory the most goals in the planning distribution network plan. And then, a detailed account of primary substation site surrounding geographical conditions and the level of use of site analysis are conducted to determine the geographical, economic integration fitness goals and a comprehensive assessment of the package of comprehensive fitness. Eventually a more reasonable Substation optimization program is obtained. Detailed examples and analysis of the results show that the proposed methods to improve the substation planning and scientific and practical results can better meet the planning requirements.
