At present,the wind power industry in China has gradually changed into the direction of high quality and low costs,and has entered a new stage with stable and sustained growth.At the same time,the capacity of wind power intergration has also increased in recent years.However,due to the random fluctuation and intermittent nature of wind power,wind farms cannot output stable wind power,which has an increasing impact on the reliable operation of power systems and power quality.Because of these problems in the current wind power dispatch mode,the power grid dispatching department will depress the output power of the wind farm in order to maintain the safety and stability of the power grid,resulting in the loss of wind power generation.In order to alleviate the phenomenon of "abandoning wind" in the process of wind power intergration,a new scheduling method for wind farms that takes into account wind power prediction error will be proposed in this paper.The process of building this model should first refer to the history of actual output power and predicted power of wind farms,and then correct the wind power prediction curve obtained by the wind farm on one day by analyzing the historical distribution law of the prediction error.Secondly,based on the revised wind power prediction curve,a simulated annealing algorithm is used to calculate the fixed power reference value which conforms to the objective function in each time window.Finally,the smooth and reliable wind power output in the wind farm is realized in the optimized scheduling model by configuring with energy storage.In order to improve the active participation of wind farms in the"source-network" coordination,this paper also proposes a reward and punishment mechanism for wind farms participating in wind power intergration.The reward and punishment mechanism comprehensively considers the influence of the seasonal changes of local natural conditions and daily changes on output power,the peaks and valleys variation of power and load,and the trend of output power during wind power dispatching.The wind power volatility is the basic criterion for wind farms.The goal of the reward and punishment mechanism is revising the price of the wind.Finally,this paper analyzes the impact of wind power volatility and uncertainty to the power systems and wind farms during the wind power intergration,and establishes a scientific evaluation model that can be applied to wind farms connected to wind farms.In this paper,a new wind power optimization scheduling model is proposed,and by calculating the energy allocate storage capacity and comparing with the other scheduling models in the reward and punishment mechanism and comprehensive evaluation system,the results show that the wind farm with the optimized scheduling method proposed in this paper can output more stable and reliable wind power,and the energy storage device configured of this model is more economical.The reward and punishment mechanism and comprehensive evaluation system proposed in this paper can promote the wind farm to use the auxiliary device to output wind power with better power quality and actively participate in the"source-network" coordination.
