China's energy in a short period of time can not get rid of dependence on coal and coal,with the slogan of "green energy",the energy saving and emission reduction of power system is imminent.Clean and distributed power supply is one of the measures of the power industry can achieve better performance in energy saving and emission reduction,and the development of distributed environment and resources,and is capable of energy saving and emission reduction of power and economy,coordinated development of many factors,need to cover the whole performance of many aspects of supervision and evaluation,in order to visualize,to carry out the development of distributed power and energy conservation and other related work,promote the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction targets.Based on the development of distributed power supply,this paper aims to establish a distributed power supply system to improve the performance evaluation system of power system.The relevant literature in the field of broad access to development,the distributed power performance evaluation both at home and abroad,such as power system,a lot of research in the field of more relevant information,in-depth analysis of the development status of China's widely distributed power,study power system energy saving assessment mechanism and research status of comprehensive evaluation system.From the development of distributed power as the starting point,to promote distributed po wer supply power system energy saving performance and other criteria comprehensive performance as the research object,the establishment of index system of distributed power supply system to promote the study of energy saving and emission reduction perform ance evaluation of power,including 18 evaluation indexes,four criteria layer,established four independent evaluation model with subjective and objective the concept of empowerment;three combination evaluation model;two information centralization model;two consistency test model based on combination evaluation before and after.Finally,a comprehensive and rigorous distributed power supply is used to promote the comprehensive evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction.To verify the number of distributed power pilot areas,and analyzed the development of distributed power dependence on other criteria layer performance and comprehensive performance,the development of distributed power and other performance ranking criterion layer and the comprehensive performance ranking reflects the trend of distributed generation on the work of energy-saving emission reduction overall promotion,but for each criterion the degree of enhancement is not the same,then the development of performance ranking different criteria layer under different areas and distributed power ranking deviation analysis,the distributed power promotion performance evaluation results,the evaluation results directly reflect the pilot areas of the development of distributed power performance on other criteria layer and promote comprehensive performance advantages and disadvantages,can as for the power system energy saving performance of distributed power promote the pilot areas next Provide reference work,at the same time this p aper analysis method of distributed power supply of power system to promote energy saving and emission reduction performance evaluation system and the evaluation results provide some tools and for the future of energy saving and emission reduction work rel ated to distributed power supply.
