The development and utilization of new energy have become the focus of exploration under the environmental pollution and shortage of energy in the modern era.The water source heat pump system mainly uses groundwater as a cold and heat source,and provides indoor cooling and heating through the pump station heat transfer technology.That is an environmental,energy-saving,and economical system.However,the conventional PID control pump station operation is usually used in practical applications.This is not a significant effect for a water-source heat pump system with nonlinear,time-varying,and time-delay characteristics.This thesis designs and researches the water source heat pump system based on the cooling and heating problem of residential houses.This thesis studies the main control module of the water source heat pump system,the adjustment of the expansion valve and the energy efficiency ratio of the system in practical application.In this thesis,the basic principle and characteristics of water source heat pump system are introduced,and the working principle of electronic expansion valve is analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the PID algorithm and fuzzy control,the fuzzy algorithm based on the PID algorithm which can solve problem about the highest energy consumption is selected.The control avoids the time-varying delay of the system and realizes high-efficiency and energy-saving.Secondly,the hardware circuit and software design of the system and related peripheral module are described.The STM32F103 is selected as the main control processing unit.Through the design of the power circuit,temperature measurement circuit,communication circuit,drive circuit,etc.,the control of heat and cold of water heat pump system is realized.Through the software programming design for the relevant modules,respectively,to achieve system initialization,signal acquisition,information communication and other functions.Finally,according to the field monitoring data of the heating effect of some buildings in a residential area in Qingdao,the energy efficiency of the system is compared with that of the national water source heat pump system.The experimental results show that the energy efficiency of water source heat pump system and the heat pump unit has achieved a good energy-saving effect,and the system operates stably,and can be applied in practice.
