Since China entered an aging society,the population structure has undergone significant changes,and the number of elderly population has increased dramatically.However,China's elderly product industry is still at a preliminary stage of development.There are various problems in the elderly products on the market.The increase in the degree of aging has drawn attention from people from all walks of life in the country and society to the design of elderly products.More and more researchers have begun to invest in the research and development of elderly products.With age,the old people's physiological function and psychological function gradually decline,of which the decline of motor function is the most obvious.Through the collection of literature data,market product surveys,and observations of the daily lives of the elderly,the study found that products currently developed and designed for the elderly in the market are not designed from their actual needs.Therefore,the author took the Kano model as the theoretical basis,combined the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,the principles of assisted product design for the elderly,and ergonomics to redesign the products for the elderly.First of all,analyze the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and combine the use of elderly products with the use of the situation to position the attributes of the elderly's life status.At the same time,SWOT analysis is used to analyze existing products for elderly people on the market.,Combining the characteristics of the use of elderly products,explore the principle of assisting the elderly in product design.According to the previous research,a user in-depth interviewing framework was developed to conduct face-to-face interviews with users,obtain user's original demand items,use the KJ method to organize and summarize the user's original demand items,and build an initial hierarchical model of user initial needs.Then the Kano questionnaire was designed and distributed according to the model.The Kano questionnaire was analyzed and calculated using the "Relative Customer Satisfaction Coefficient Ratio"to determine the Kano category of user demand items and screen them.Then,by assigning values to different quality types,analyzing the importance of the user's demand items and sorting them,the quality characteristics of the elderly walker are determined.Finally,according to the quality characteristics of products combined with ergonomics to complete the Kano model based on the elderly walker design program organization,size,material and color design,issue customer satisfaction evaluation table,evaluate the new product design program,analyze the The advantages and disadvantages of the plan provide the basis for the follow-up plan improvement.This study aims to use the Kano model to design the elderly mobility aid from the perspective of the user,so that the mobility aid can meet the needs of the elderly as much as possible,improve the comfort of use,and bring a more perfect user experience to the user.The design provides a new research idea and research method.
