Research On Rural Human Settlements In New Urban Area Of Wuhan City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural areas are regional complexes with natural,social and economic charaeteristies.It also has multiple functions sueh as production,life,eeology,eulture and so on.It promotes and coexists with cities and towns,make up the main space of human activities.Ecological livability is one of the general requirements of rural revitalization.Constructing an ecological livable rural human settlements environment plays an important role in rural revitalization.Nowadays,the problems of rural human settlements are becoming more and more prominent,problems such as imperfect public service system,weak infrastructure and deterioration of ecological environment emerge in endlessly.The problem of rural human settlements environment restricts the realization of Rural Revitalization.Speeding up the optimization of rural human settlements environment can promote the work of rural revitalization.This paper chooses six new urban area of Wuhan city as the research objects,this is also the main research area of promoting rural revitalization in Wuhan.Collect data through yearbooks,bulletins,government websites,etc.After analysis,the conclusion is drawn that the problem is found.The main research work of this paper are as follows:The first is to analyze the background and significance of this study and explain why we should carry out this study;The second is to summarize the experience and conclusions of previous studies and draw lessons from them;The third is to define the concepts related to this study and introduce the area under study from the perspective of natural and social environment;The fourth is to construct the index system of this study and draw conclusions through calculation;The fifth is to find problems,and Suggestions for optimization are put forward according to the problems.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There are significant spatial differences in the quality of rural human settlements environment in the new urban area of Wuhan city,the quality near the central urban area and the central town is much higher than that in the marginal area,and there is a law of attenuation with distance;(2)The coordination degree of rural human settlements in the new urban area of Wuhan is low as a whole,and the spatial difference is significant.The coordination index in the fringe area is slightly higher than that in the central area.(3)Among the subsystems of rural human settlements environment,the subsystem of economic development has the greatest spatial difference,which is much higher than the other three subsystems.(4)The infrastructure in the fringe area of Wuhan's new urban area is imperfect,which is obviously lower than that near the center.Except for a few areas with superior location,the infrastructure in most areas needs to be improved.(5)The rural living environment in the new urban area of Wuhan is uneven and the regional development is uneven.In some areas,the per capita housing area is low,the pollution is serious,the level of greening and sanitation needs to be improved,the social security is imperfect,and the quality of living environment is low.(6)The level of public service in most areas is lower than the average value of Wuhan's new urban areas,and the regional differences are significant.The level of medical treatment and education in marginal areas is low,which needs to be improved urgently.The realization of equalization of public services is hindered by many obstacles.
