The rural human settlement environment is an important content of the research on the theory of human settlements.The research on the problems related to the rural human settlement ecological environment is an important basis for rural construction;the improvement of the rural human settlements environment is an important content of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It is an important process that is directly necessary for the happy life of farmers,the civilization and harmony of rural society,and the realization of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,the theoretical research of this research topic is of great significance to the improvement of rural human settlements..However,the current theoretical research on the human settlement environment in my country’s rural areas mainly refers to the West,Japan and South Korea,and lacks specificity.Secondly,the research system is not sound enough to fully cover the construction of rural human settlements.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a multi-perspective and complete system framework.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this article studies various policies and norms related to the rural human settlement environment from the background of the state’s support and development of the rural human settlement environment.After consulting various related articles,conducting basic research on the rural human settlement environment,and combing the current situation at home and abroad,the results will provide a theoretical basis for the following discussion.According to the actual situation of Town D,we can have an overall understanding of the general development of Pingyuan villages in the suburbs of Beijing.After studying the current key construction of Town D,we will also learn from the social perspective,technical level,and control system.The four angles of the farmers’ activeness and the proactiveness of the farmers explored the causes of the status quo.Finally,the goals,principles,and a multi-angle and complete system framework for the improvement of the rural human settlement environment in D Town have been formed,and a set of improvement strategies that meet the requirements of the local rural collective human settlement environment have been put forward.It is summarized in the suburbs of Beijing.The basic theories and implementation methods of the systematization of rural collective human settlements in the district and plain villages.Finally,by selecting two villages in town D as the main villages of this article,the current characteristics and problems of these two unconventional villages are quantified in detail to ensure the feasibility of the project.An empirical discussion is conducted on whether the framework system constructed above is effective.This article finally summarizes and puts forward the key content,target principles,system framework,specific implementation methods and policy opinions of the rural human settlement environment remediation that closely follow the actual situation.It not only has a certain reference for the improvement of the rural human settlement environment in D Town,Beijing,but also has important reference significance for the improvement and improvement of the rural human settlement environment in other similar backgrounds.
