Research On Oyster Shell Product Design Based On Green Design Concept

Oyster shells are substances that are discarded after Oyster was eaten.The problem of Oyster shells being discarded as waste cannot be ignored.At present,oyster shell has been widely used in the fields of medicine,water treatment,agriculture and processing technology,but no detailed research report has been seen in the related reports and literatures in the product field.Since the development of green design concept,it has been gradually recognized and expanded,but the research on green design combined with oyster shell product design is rarely discussed.Therefore,oyster shell products based on green design concept need to be researched,developed and utilized.Taking oyster shell product design as the main line of research,green design related concepts are applied to guide oyster shell product design.This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the basic characteristics and processes of green design,and shows that material selection is closely related to green design,and it is a key link for products to achieve a green goals.Promote the promotion and application of materials under the concept of green design,explore the connotation characteristics and selection principles of green materials,Secondly,the basic morphology,physicochemical composition and main harm of oyster shell pollution were analyzed and sorted out to study the existing application technology of oyster shell in various fields and analyze the feasibility of its application in industrial products.Then,a series of experiments were carried out to test the technological properties of oyster shell materials with oyster shell powder as raw material according to its own characteristics,and the optimal proportion data of oyster shell powder materials and the most suitable range of application in industrial products were obtained.Finally,with the purpose of green design concept,the design process of green products is carried out according to the characteristics of oyster shell materials to ensure that the products can be innovative,functional,economic and environmental at the beginning of the design scheme,so that the whole life cycle of the products from production to scrap can conform to the green design concept.This paper not only provides reference and theoretical basis for material application and product industry under the current green design concept,but also provides solutions for oyster shell pollution in China,reflecting the concept of harmonious development between human and nature.
