In recent years,the pace of urban construction in our country is getting faster and faster,and the scale and quantity of cities have developed by leaps and bounds to a certain extent.For the northern region,the expansion of urban scale has brought about rapid growth of heat supply demand,while the environmental pollution problem has become more and more serious.The main reason is that most of the old heating boilers in the northern region still use coal as their main source.How to use clean heating mode to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while guaranteeing heating demand is the goal pursued by the heating industry in response to the Kyoto Protocol.In this paper,Shenyang District "coal to gas" heating transformation project as an example,to explore the optimization design of local clean energy transformation project.Firstly,the current situation of heating,the application of coal and gas,and the influence of coal on the atmosphere in Shenyang were investigated and analyzed.At present,coal is the main energy source in the heating energy structure of Shenyang,and the emissions from coal combustion have a great impact on the local atmospheric environment.The average concentrations of inhalable particulate matter,sulphur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide during heating period are 0.141 mg/m3,0.115 mg/m3 and 0.048 mg/m3,respectively.The first two are 0.4 times and 0.9 times higher than the second national environmental air quality standard.Secondly,from the aspects of heating system,scale of heat exchanger station and location of heat source,the transformation scheme of "coal to gas" is analyzed.Reasonable heating radius is determined according to the main factors such as HER and investment and operation cost.Optimum design is carried out according to the characteristics of regional buildings,the location of heat sources(central heat source,side line central heat source,diagonal heat source)and different heating areas(50,000 m2,100,000 m2,150,000 m2,200,000 m2).Optimum design of"coal to gas" transformation scheme is carried out.If there is no other special requirement in the heat source plant,the matching heat exchange system can be set directly,and no additional heat station is needed.The central heat source should be preferentially selected in the heat source location.When the heat source is not suitable for the central heating area,the center of the side line can be selected.Finally,the diagonal position of the heat source should be considered.Finally,the economic,environmental and social benefits of the coal-to-gas transformation project are evaluated with engineering examples.The initial investment of the renovation project is 41.6 yuan/m2,which is much lower than the central heating network cost of 80?-140 yuan/m2 in Shenyang,and the operation cost is 25.64 yuan/m2,which is lower than the heating cost of 28?60 yuan/m2 in industrial and commercial buildings.Compared with coal-fired boilers,flue gas emissions decreased by 99.4%,sulfur dioxide emissions decreased by 99.5%,and nitrogen oxide emissions decreased by 94.5%,which has significant environmental benefits.Gas-fired boilers can save more land because of the relatively few supporting facilities and no need for coal storage sites.In the process of boiler operation,the noise of gas-fired boilers is much less than that of coal-fired boilers,so the social benefits are better.
