| The high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving of the construction industry depend on the realization of the industrialization of the building,and the construction of the assembled structural system is the top priority of the industrialization of the building.Nowadays,assembled sandwich insulation walls have been widely used in the construction field,and the tie-off parts as an important tie-tie part in the sandwich insulation wall structure play an important role in the overall quality and safety of the sandwich insulation wall.Therefore,in order to realize the overall quality and safety improvement of the assembled sandwich insulation board in China,it is necessary to carry out quality evaluation and design of the tie-type design for the assembled sandwich insulation board and its structural drawing parts.Therefore,in the deepening design stage of the tie-tie parts,relying on the demand as a guide,determine the key points of quality control,important production processes and production process parameters in the production stage,and construct according to the control key,production process and process parameters determined in the production.A good evaluation system,which fundamentally clarifies the part of the design process of the sandwich insulation board that needs to be improved and upgraded,provides a data foundation for the design of the new type of tie-tab,and promotes the rapid development of the industrialization of the assembled sandwich panel.Based on the topic of building industrialization,this paper has carried out the following research.(1)Firstly,the production and installation process of the sandwich wall fasteners is decomposed to obtain the quality requirements of the products,and the quality of the quality requirements is obtained by means of literature survey,expert interviews,field research and questionnaires,combined with the plan quality objectives,commodity characteristics points and level improvement rate.Secondly,with the application requirements of the fasteners as the guide,the quality requirements are classified according to the technical characteristics,and the correlation matrix is used to convert the weight of the quality requirements into the weights of the technical characteristics.Then,based on the QFD theory,the evaluation system of the fasteners is constructed.Determine the evaluation domain,and use the fuzzy evaluation method to convert the obtained weight data and survey information into evaluation results.Finally,the above evaluation method is used to evaluate the case of Beijing Yantong Company’s sandwich thermal insulation wall project,the evaluation results and actual production results.Similar,demonstrating the feasibility of the evaluation model.(2)Improvements are made on the standard Thermomass system pull-ups,which are 30° and 45° diagonally knotted in the insulation board.Using abaqus to simulate the drawing shear of the standard Thermomass system,and compare the simulation data with the experimental data.The load-displacement curve of the pull simulation and shear simulation is roughly consistent with the experimental load-displacement curve,which proves to be simulated with abaqus.The feasibility of drawing and shearing of the knotted piece and the accuracy of the constitutive selection.Then through abaqus to simulate the force state and displacement state of the 30° and 45° oblique pull members under the pulling and shearing loads,it is proved that by changing the oblique angle of the tie members,it can be more safely within the force range.Goodly limit the vertical shear displacement of the sandwich panel.Finally,the new type of tie-off part is applied to the core insulation wall instead of the standard Thermomass system,and its safety is proved by theoretical calculation. |
