This paper takes the teaching building of Shenyang Architectural University in Cold C District as an example to explore the energy-saving technology of existing buildings in Universities in cold regions,in order to provide guidance and reference for the future energy-saving renovation practice of teaching buildings in Universities in this region and promote the healthy development of education in China.Firstly,through field investigation and analysis,the present situation of the envelope structure and heating system of the teaching building is analyzed.The teaching building was built in 2001,which is a non-energy-saving building.The heat transfer coefficients of the exterior walls,windows and roofs all exceed the limits stipulated in GB50189-2015.The satisfaction of teachers and students to the indoor thermal environment quality of the teaching building is obtained through questionnaire survey,and the heating period is 48.34%of the people are not satisfied with the indoor thermal environment;the daily maximum temperature of the four typical rooms is lower than the indoor design temperature during the heating period.Secondly,according to the climatic characteristics of the area and the actual situation of the teaching building,energy-saving renovation measures for the enclosure structure of the teaching building and energy-saving renovation measures for the heating system are selected.Thirdly,some representative teaching buildings in the teaching area are selected as the research object,and the building model is established.Energy Plus software is used to simulate and analyze the energy consumption of the original building.The thermal insulation materials with heat transfer coefficient up to standard are selected for external walls and roofs,and the external windows with heat transfer coefficient up to standard are replaced.The other enclosure structures are set as raw materials.Different energy saving measures are adopted and energy consumption simulation analysis is carried out.By introducing the SIR value of annual income-investment ratio,the energy-saving measures with the largest SIR value are selected from the energy-saving measures of three kinds of envelope structures,i.e.exterior wall,roof and exterior window.The final scheme of envelope structure transformation is composed and the economic and energy-saving benefits of the scheme are analyzed.Finally,the energy-saving transformation of the heating heat source is carried out.The purpose of the transformation is to improve the water supply temperature of the secondary network.The first scheme is to use the groundwater source heat pump unit to heat the teaching area,and the second scheme is to use the thermal storage boiler to heat the teaching area with the grain electricity.Energy Plus is used to simulate and analyze the two energy-saving renovation schemes,and the economy of the two schemes is compared and analyzed.The heating heat source energy-saving renovation scheme suitable for the teaching area of the university is synthetically optimized.
