Research On Cooperative Management Of Stakeholders In Industrial Chain Of Building Industrialization

With the development of economic globalization,the number of urban population in the world is increasing,the problem of resource shortage is becoming increasingly prominent,and the acceleration of urbanization has put forward higher requirements for the sustainable development of Chinese construction industry.However,the development of the existing construction industry depends on the traditional construction mode to a great extent.It has extensive development,industrialization,standardization,low information level,backward management means,low synergistic efficiency of all parties,and large consumption of construction resources.At the same time facing rising labor costs or labor shortage problem.Therefore,it is an important strategy for sustainable development of our country to consider the sustainable development of rapid urbanization,to change the traditional mode of production of construction industry and to promote the industrialization of construction industry.However,the development of construction industrialization in our country is still in the immature stage.The degree of coordination among the stakeholders,such as the constructor,the designer,the constructor and the supplier of prefabricated components,is low,which will be due to improper management in the actual construction and production process.There are many problems caused by insufficient cooperation among the participants,which lead to the construction of the project can not be continued,which seriously restricts the development of construction industrialization in China.In order to clarify the relationship among the stakeholders in the industry chain and enhance their synergy in the construction of the project,in this paper,the cooperative management of stakeholders in the industrial chain of construction industrialization is studied,and the cooperative relationship,sharing relationship and interest relationship among the stakeholders are coordinated,and the cooperative development industry chain with the project constructor as the leader is constructed,in order to promote the rapid development of construction industrialization in China.The main research includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper defines the related concepts of construction industrialization,industrial chain and stakeholders,and describes the intrinsic basic characteristics of the stakeholders in the industrial chain of construction industrialization.(2)According to the present situation of architectural industrialization in China,this paper studies the composition of stakeholders in the industrial chain of construction industrialization,and combs the roles of all parties.The contents of collaborative management among stakeholders are divided into cooperative collaboration,shared coordination and benefit coordination,and the three-dimension coupling relationship of industrial chain collaborative management is constructed,and the preliminary construction of industrial chain collaborative management system is carried out.(3)Aiming at the cooperative relationship of stakeholders in the industry chain,this paper discusses the factors that influence the establishment of the cooperative relationship,and clarifies the selection principle and process of the partner.On this basis,the cooperative synergistic effect is simulated and analyzed.Through the classic case of”Prisonerundefineds Dilemma" in game theory,the repeated game model of industrial chain under incomplete information is constructed.The cooperative management model among stakeholders is constructed by simulating the strategy choice of cooperation and collaboration among stakeholders.(4)Based on BIM technology,this paper constructs the shared cooperative management model of stakeholders in the industrial chain of construction industrialization,simulates the process of information sharing among stakeholders in the industrial chain through evolutionary game model,and analyzes the advantages of BIM technology.It is applied to the information sharing collaborative management system of stakeholders in the industry chain,and the information sharing cooperative management mode between the parties is analyzed.(5)Through the construction of Stackelberg oligarchic competition model,the principal and subordinate decision-making relationship is established among the stakeholders in the industry chain,and the benefit synergy relationship is deeply studied.Taking the synergetic relationship between the constructor and the construction contractor as an example,aiming at the contradiction between the construction project duration and the cost,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem quantitatively,and the simulation experiment and analysis of the model are carried out by using MATLAB.To find the stable balance point of the relationship between the parties,to maximize the interests of all parties,to achieve the effective allocation of resources and the balanced and reasonable distribution of the interests of the industrial chain,and to verify and analyze the actual cases.Construct the industry chain benefit coordination management model.Based on the synergetic theory,this paper applies the stakeholder theory,game theory to the research on the cooperative management of the stakeholders in the industrial chain of construction industrialization,through the dynamic simulation of the game behavior of the stakeholders in the industrial chain.Analyzing the synergy effect and predicting the development of the relationship between the stakeholders have certain theoretical significance to enrich and perfect the synergy theory and method of industrial chain.At the same time,the cooperative management model of industrial chain is established from the perspective of the project builders,which strengthens the effective communication and benign interaction between the upstream and downstream construction enterprises of the industrial chain,and develops rapidly in the process of construction industrialization.A long-term and stable cooperative development model can be formed among enterprises,which is of great significance to promote the development of construction industrialization level of our country and accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure.
