With the development of construction projects becoming more complex and large-scale,the number of project participants is gradually increasing,and the data information needed for project management is also increasing.However,the traditional project management mode is becoming less effective in information collection,processing and analysis,so it is urgent to find a more effective control method for project management.With the continuous development of modern information technology,people in the industry have gradually realized the importance of BIM,and applied it to design,research and development,construction management and later operation and maintenance,and achieved good results.Based on this,this paper studies the general control mode of construction project based on BIM technology.Firstly,this paper points out many problems encountered by traditional project management methods in the past,and discusses the related research status at home and abroad.On this basis,it puts forward the project master control method based on BIM technology,and discusses the value and significance of the research.Then,the theory of project master control and BIM technology are comprehensively expounded,and the feasibility and necessity of BIM technology in project master control are analyzed.On the basis of the previous analysis,this paper studies the general control theory of construction project based on BIM technology,mainly including the working process of the general control of the project and the establishment and application of BIM model.The main task of project general control is to plan and control the progress,cost and quality objectives of construction projects.Finally,combining with BIM5D and other related software of Guanglian Dalian Company,the simulation of BIM-based process visualization,quality and cost dynamic control is realized,to provide guidance for the next management work of relevant managers.Finally,based on the previous theoretical analysis,an empirical study is carried out on a comprehensive building project in Shenyang.Using BIM5D information base,its powerful data statistics and information processing function,proceeding from the three perspectives of pre-event,in-event and post-event,it updates the information of progress,quality and cost in time,and then presents the visualization,dynamic and high-efficiency of the overall control of the project,which ensures the orderly progress of the project construction process and maximizes the economic benefits.It has certain reference significance for the further innovation and development of efficient control management and general control mode of corresponding construction projects.
