With the development of the times and the improvement of the science and technology,BIM technology is gradually applied in the construction industry and plays an important role in engineering projects.Cost control in traditional mode is to reduce expenditure as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the quality of engineering projects,and to reduce the errors in the construction process,so as to achieve the goal of cost control.The BIM 5D technology integrates the information of 3D information model,schedule and cost,which improves the efficiency of cost control and cost management,and avoids the waste of human and material resources.Therefore,by combining BIM technology with cost control,it brings about the optimization of project resources and reasonable arrangement of construction schedule,who avoiding unnecessary waste,strengthening the way of control,and making cost control more efficient;this is also the future development trend.Through BIM software simulation,earned value analysis,interface programming and case study,this paper studies the combination of BIM technology and construction cost control.The main work and research results are as follows:Firstly,based on the BIM technology,BIM3 D model is built with Revit software,structural collision and conflict are checked and construction simulation is performed with Navisworks Manage software,so as to realize panoramic rendering in combination with Lumion software.Through new point 5D cloud computing software,schedule information and cost information are integrated and associated to calculate the amount software component,hook up method and summarize calculation;combined with the cost software of the new point list to apply the valuation and quota table of construction and decoration engineering,it does calculate total project cost,so that BIM5 D information base integrating 3D model,progress information and cost information is obtained.Secondly,based on earned value analysis of the basic principle and parameter indicators,it logically corrects cost deviation CV and cost performance index CPI,refines the work breakdown structure WBS,introduces the comprehensive analysis of quality index and establishes construction cost control system to carry out preliminary cost planning,dynamic cost monitoring,dynamic cost warning,cost correction and cost forecasting;the dynamic control of construction cost is realized by programming the interface of dynamic control of construction cost.Finally,analyzed and demonstrated with specific cases,it introduces BIM technology into construction cost control,which realizes the fine simulation of construction process,monitors construction progress,cost and quality in real time,analyzes cost deviation,and makes corrective plan in time;the construction progress is controlled within the planned construction period and the construction quality is at a good level;the total construction cost is saved by about 3.37%,which maximizes the economic benefits of construction enterprises and shows the feasibility and superiority of BIM5 D model to dynamically control construction costs.
