Most of the electricity consumed by the pumping station every year is used in the operation of pumps and motors.The use of different water supply modes results in a huge gap in power consumption.Therefore,the water supply enterprise can reduce the power consumption and improve the operation efficiency of the pumping station by optimizing the operation mode of the water supply pumping station,and become the main technical means for enterprises to achieve energy-saving water supply.In this paper,a community in Dalian is taken as the research object,and the laboratory water supply pipe network is established to analyze the energy consumption of the variable frequency constant pressure variable frequency water supply,and then it is put into trial operation in a certain district of Dalian.Firstly,it analyzes the energy-saving principle of water pump frequency conversion water supply and water pump speed regulation operation;expounds the realization method and energy saving situation of two kinds of water supply methods of variable frequency constant voltage and variable frequency variable pressure,and compares the frequency conversion water supply mode by controlling the most unfavorable point pressure,not only It can ensure the safety of water supply,meet the user's water flow and pressure,and the control effect is better than the former conclusion.A laboratory simulation water supply pipe network was established,and the characteristic curve of the water pump in the device was measured and corrected to establish a pump flow-lift,flow-efficiency,flow-power fitting curve equation.Through the measured characteristic curve of the pump,the high-efficiency interval and the highest efficiency point of the variable frequency speed regulation of the feed pump are analyzed,and the mathematical model of the minimum axial power frequency conversion speed regulation of the pump is established.The experiment compares and analyzes the implementation of constant pressure water supply,variable pressure water supply and water supply and energy saving.In the case of loss or no leakage,the smaller the user flow,the more energy-efficient the variable-pressure water supply method.In the case of leakage,the water pump variable frequency water supply reduces the water loss by 7.14%compared with the constant pressure water supply,and on the other hand,saves energy and reduces consumption.The experiment analyzes the influence of water supply pressure on the water loss and water loss of the pipe network,and obtains the fitting curve of water supply pressure and pipe network leakage and water loss:Q=156.91061 P 0.525583.The amount of water loss increases with the increase of the pressure of the pipe network,and the water loss of the pipe network can be controlled by scientifically and rationally distributing the pressure of the pipe network.Investigate the pressure and flow rate of the pump outlet,and adjust the energy consumption change rate of the double pump frequency converter.It is concluded that the smaller the sum of the double pump adjustment frequencies,the closer the sum of the total power of the two is.When the single pump can meet the water supply pressure and flow rate,the dual pump frequency conversion power is lower.Based on the hydraulic model,the optimization research on the variable pressure water supply of the residential pumping station is carried out.According to the historical operation data design water curve of a residential area in Dalian,the hydraulic model of the water laboratory pipe network is established.After manual and automatic check,the error between the simulated value and the actual value is within 5%.Taking the user's water quantity as an independent variable and controlling the most unfavorable point service water pressure as the target,respectively simulate the constant pressure water supply and variable pressure water supply of the residential pumping station;after that,through the simulated pipe network water supply test run,the results show that the variable frequency variable pressure water supply can meet the energy saving of the pipe network is about 5.73%under the premise of water pressure,which proves that the variable frequency pressure water supply makes the pump station operation more optimized and scientific.In a certain district of Dalian,the variable pressure water supply mode was used for two weeks,and the variable pressure water supply operation data was compared with the historical constant pressure operation data.The average daily power consumption after optimization is from about 40.29 kWh to about 30.17 kWh,which saves about 25.12%of electricity consumption.The results prove that the variable frequency variable pressure water supply can not only meet most of the water pressure of the pipe network,but also reduce the factory pressure of the pumping station in some time periods,making the pump operation more efficient and energy efficient.
