environment of construction enterprises in Shenyang,this paper concludes that the business environment of construction enterprises in Shenyang is at a medium-to-high level,and five first-level environmental indicators in the business environment of Shenyang construction enterprises.It is also at a general level,but there are still differences in the scores of the five environmental indicators on the business environment of Shenyang construction enterprises.At the same time,according to the quantitative results of the second-level indicators,it can be seen that optimizing the environment,combined with the characteristics of the construction industry,summed up the influencing factors affecting the business environment of construction enterprises and divided them into five
