Research On Knowledge Sharing Ability Evaluation Of Construction Enterprises Based On FMEA

With the rise of knowledge economy,knowledge-based resources are regarded as the strategic resources for enterprises to win a competitive position in the industry,which makes enterprises attach great importance to knowledge management.Knowledge resource sharing is an important process of knowledge management and of great significance.At the same time,Chinese construction enterprises are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading from "labor-intensive" to "knowledge-intensive" under the situation that they are gradually moving to the international stage.But the characteristics of construction enterprises,the diversity of sharing subjects,the complexity of sharing environment and the particularity of knowledge resources in construction enterprises make the sharing ability of construction enterprises affected by many factors,thus affecting the innovation and application of knowledge resources,and further affecting the knowledge management effect and its transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.Therefore,it is major worth to study how to evaluate the knowledge sharing ability of construction enterprises,and to provide countermeasures and Suggestions for knowledge sharing for construction enterprises,for the innovation and application of knowledge resources of construction enterprises and the effective development of knowledge management activities.Based on the extensive reading of domestic and foreign literature,this paper takes construction enterprises as the research object,analyzes and evaluates the knowledge sharing ability of construction enterprises according to the generation and composition of knowledge resources of construction enterprises,the sharing mode of knowledge within construction enterprises and the characteristics of construction enterprises.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,according to the diversity of knowledge sharing subjects in construction enterprises,the document analysis and expert interview methods were used to identify the factors affecting the knowledge sharing ability of construction enterprises,and an identification list of influencing factors was obtained.Secondly,the identification list of influencing factors was screened by empirical research method,exploratory factor analysis and confirmative factor analysis were conducted on the survey data by SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0,and the influencing factors were deleted by combining the reliability value(α value)and item aggregate correlation(CICT),and the main factors affecting the knowledge sharing ability of construction enterprises were obtained.Based on this,the evaluation index system with individual level,project level and enterprise level as the first level indexes was constructed.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation index system,C-OWA operator was used to assign weights to the indexes,which weakened the influence of expert subjectivity on the evaluation results,and FMEA method(fuzzy matter element method)was used to construct the knowledge sharing ability evaluation model of construction enterprises.Combining with the existing construction enterprises,experts defined the evaluation level to obtain the knowledge sharing ability of this construction enterprise,which was basically consistent with the prediction of employees in the enterprise,and verified the applicability and feasibility of the model.
