YL Company Comprehensive Budget Management Research

With the expansion of the global economy,companies need to continuously update their management mode and improve strategies to adapt to shifting market demands.The comprehensive budget management came into being as a result and includes resource optimization and scientific analysis to formulate the overall strategy of an organization.The comprehensive budget management,as a tool has become an integral part of many companies management.Thus far in China,the comprehensive budget management systems for government-owned and large enterprises are robust and widely used.However,small and medium-sized firms exhibit immaturity in their overall budget management applications.YL company budget management sought to improve the budget management system for small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper first briefly introduces the research background,significance,and developing course of the comprehensive budget management in both the domestic and foreign landscapes.Second,using the YL company as the research objective,it analyzes the status quo of the budget management to point out existing problems and seeks to find explanations for them.YL company is a prototypic small and medium-sized enterprise in China.Its major budget management issues are a lack of targeted strategy,lack of scientifically sound budgeting methodologies,mechanistic inflexibility,and no evaluation criterion.These shortcomings not only hinder effective fiscal management,but can go on to stifle the development of the entire enterprise.This article presents the YL company budget management system with the hope that it can serve as a model for improvements in comprehensive budget management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
