Nowadays,with the rapid development of the city,the residents living in the city are eager to live in the countryside outside the city.People's love for nature has increased,and people began to pursue the return of the country.While the city is developing,it has brought many hazards to the residents:air pollution and noise pollution.At this time,agricultural tourism began to rise,and leisure farms,as an important form of realization,are constantly being updated.But today's farms generally do not have their own characteristics and lack a sense of design.When planning the villa,you should actively use the existing advantages,use the local cultural symbols and features to create a different leisure villa,a landscape full of regional customs and characteristics attracting a large number of tourists to go on holiday.Integrate the cultural industry into the agricultural industry to create.a diversified leisure resort.How to combine culture,agriculture and leisure to make the villa unique is also a research topic.Taking the leisure villa as the research object,the thesis conducts a practical study on Qingfeng Villa in Songling Village,Longhai City,and the results are as follows:(1)Through the related literature and monographs,the concepts of leisure villas and regionality are comprehensively explained,and the ideas for creating distinctive leisure villas are summarized.The main points of landscape planning and design of leisure villas are summarized.(2)Through field research and data collection,five excellent examples of landscape planning related to leisure villas were selected,and their successful experiences in overall layout,theme,planning features,node display and plant planting were summarized.The landscape planning and design of Qingfeng Villa in Songling Village of Longhai City provides practical reference and inspiration.(3)Taking the Qingfeng Villa in Songling Village of Longhai City as a practical case,under the premise of understanding the natural geography,social environment,development status and market demand of the project,the characteristics of the villa are refined,and the current resource advantages of Qingfeng Villa are summarized.The planning basis,planning principles,planning methods and planning concepts were clarified.The landscape planning and design of Qingfeng Villa in Songling Village of Longhai City was carried out,and the preliminary design of the important nodes was carried out.At present,there are many theories about landscape planning and design of leisure villas at home and abroad,and there are relatively many cases that can be used for reference.The purpose of this paper is to provide some guidance and reference value in the planning and design methods and ideas of leisure villas.At the same time,we hope that we can highlight the regional characteristics of the area in the creation of the leisure villas,and enable visitors to have a deeper understanding of the local characteristics in the play.
