| Guiyang county is located in the west of chenzhou city,hunan province.The county has eight roads connecting to the outside world,five of which are regional greenways with convenient transportation.The county is rich in green land resources,but the lack of planning for the construction of parks,sports resources,resulting in the distribution of sports and fitness resources is less.Increasing competition in today's society,all kinds of disease prevalence has increased,people have realized the importance of physical and mental health,the government in this regard also puts forward the national fitness plan,but at present the construction of fitness circle only stay in the building of the theory of many facilities not perfect lead to exercise circles implementation is slow,at the same time,cities at the beginning of the planning is not to exercise land use special planning,so in the sports fitness venues and facilities will be relatively lack.Therefore,this paper takes this opportunity to further discuss the fitness circle and explore the construction of fitness circle from the perspective of urban green space system.The planning and practice of the greenbelt fitness circle in guiyang county were discussed.Through the research and analysis of the concept of fitness circle,this paper discusses the theory of green fitness circle,and puts forward its concept,function,type,content and construction steps.At the same time,according to the general requirements of Guiyang County Green Space System Planning,Guiyang County Urban Master Planning and Hunan Province National Fitness Implementation Plan,the basic situation of Guiyang County Town and the construction of park green space,sports fitness facilities,social sports fitness venues,school sports fitness venues and the current situation of Greenway Construction were investigated and distributed comprehensively.It was found that the park green space area of Guiyang County was 4034.154.85 square meters,32 parks are planned and constructed.The population of Chengcheng Group and Industrial Park Group in Guiyang County is 400,000,and the industry pillar is the primary industry.According to the investigation and analysis,the following problems are found:less public sports fitness space and uneven distribution;poor level of sports fitness facilities construction;lack of complete system network inside and outside the park green plaza,lack of contact;the existing service radius of the Park Green Plaza can not fully cover residential areas;unreasonable use of superior resources for relevant planning;use of landscape architecture,landscape architecture,and other related issues.Based on the theory of green space system planning and green space fitness circle planning,combined with the analysis of relevant case studies at home and abroad,the green space fitness circle in Guiyang County is planned as a whole,and the overall layout of green space fitness circle with"one corridor,six groups,multiple circles and green net connection" is built to meet the needs of residents'travel and sports fitness,gathering sports fitness,leisure sightseeing,cultural exhibition and science.Green Fitness Circle with Universal Education and Transportation Commuting as One.Through investigation and analysis,the green fitness circle is planned,and the fitness circle is laid out according to the coverage of residents and the gathering of green squares in parks.The green fitness circle is mainly layered,functional,temporal and spatial.Hierarchical type is divided into City-based fitness circle,City-based fitness circle and community-based fitness circle.Functional types are divided into sports fitness circle,cultural fitness circle,popular science education fitness circle and leisure sightseeing fitness circle.Time type is divided into 15-minute fitness circle,30-minute fitness circle and 60-minute fitness circle.Spatial type is divided into Park Green fitness circle,social resources fitness circle and school fitness circle.At the same time,the greenway planning of city,city and community fitness circle will connect the sports and fitness places in the fitness circle to form a green fitness circle.In addition,according to the function orientation of each park green space square,the construction of sports venues and facilities,the connection planning of green space fitness circle and the distribution of fitness circle posts,classified planning is carried out,and the phased construction planning of Guiyang County Green Space fitness circle is carried out.It is anticipated that a total of 130 km Greenway and 76 sports fitness venues will be constructed.At the same time,in order to improve the planning system of Guiyang County Green Fitness Circle,it is proposed to promote the sharing of all kinds of potential fitness space,speed up the opening of all kinds of social resources,such as schools,residential areas and other units,to ensure that the planning can be implemented on schedule.As well as the establishment of green fitness circle management system,it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism for the maintenance of sports fitness facilities,and strengthen the territorial management responsibility of each region responsible for the construction and maintenance of public sports facilities within its jurisdiction.The construction of fitness circle with green space will integrate green space and fitness resources.The problem of sport and fitness resources shortage will be solved.It will provide urban residents with
