With the rise of all walks of life,the demand for carton packaging of products has risen sharply,the variety of packaging technology is increasing,and the structure of carton is becoming more and more complex.For this reason,many domestic and foreign companies have developed their own nesting systems,such as Aristos CAD in Belgium,Pack Design in the Netherlands,Founder Pack in China,etc.But they are too expensive and specific to meet the actual needs of most small and medium-sized enterprises.At present,the way of manual layouting and pricing is still adopted in some small and medium-sized enterprises,which seriously affects the efficiency of work.Therefore,in order to save cost and improve efficiency,a rectangular carton intelligent layout software system is developed based on the actual multi-constraints of packaging process.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the multi-constraints of the practical process of common paper packaging boxes are analyzed,including the determination of layout carton spacing and margin size according to the characteristics of die-cutting indentation process;reasonable classification of carton types through existing size specifications;and determination of appropriate rotation angle according to cardboard pattem design and carton structure characteristics.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing two-dimensional layout algorithms such as approximate rectangular algorithm,heuristic algorithm and intelligent algorithm,a rectangular intelligent layout algorithm for cartons is designed under multi-constraints of carton process.Specifically,according to the requirement of a large number of cartons of the same kind,discrete pre-processing is carried out based on the structural characteristics of planar drawings,and BL heuristic is used to carry out structural layout transformation.The minimum envelope pretreatment is used for different carton requirements in small batches,and the PSO is constructed with carton layout exchange sequence and position mutation sequence as particle position to obtain the maximum layout utilization rate.Thirdly,the research status of packaging carton layout software system at home and abroad is analyzed.Based on the field enterprnse operation mode and customer demand analysis and investigation,the functional modules are divided according to interface design module,intelligent layout module,process cost accounting module,box DXF format parsing library module.Basing on SSM,adminLTE,Gentelella.-Master's technical framework,this paper use Java to design and implement a unified carton layout software system basing background management system,web enterprise operation platform and app client operation platform on the development platform of Eclipse and Android Studio,combined with Tencent cloud server.Finally,the performance test of paper packaging layout system is completed.System test shows that the system designed in this paper can formulate different optimal or sub-optimal layout schemes according to the actual needs of users.It can effectively realize intelligent layout and rapid cost quotation,which has a certain practical value.
