In recent years,with the promotion of the national poverty alleviation policy,as well as the national vigorous development of electric energy substitution and the promotion of clean energy,the photovoltaic new energy industry has mushroomed in the country.Although the incorporation of a large number of photovoltaics has optimized the grid structure in various regions,due to its intermittent and uncertain characteristics,the transformation of pure electric radiation distribution network to multi-source network frame has brought direct or indirect effects on the reliability of distribution network.For example,the difficult load prediction of photovoltaic,the reactive power control of grid voltage,the correct operation of the reliability device,and the limitation of the network frame,etc.,all bring great challenges to the safe and reliable operation of the grid.This paper investigates the current situation of photovoltaic access to the distribution network in Northeast Jiangxi Province.Taking the impact of photovoltaic access on the reliability of distribution network as a breakthrough point,firstly,aiming at the difficult problem of distributed photovoltaic prediction in distribution network,a distributed photovoltaic prediction model based on PSO optimized least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)is proposed,and the simulation of MATLAB is carried out,which effectively improves the accuracy of load forecasting,thereby improving the peak load regulation and frequency regulation ability,and improving the safe,reliable and stable operation level of the power grid.Secondly,in view of the fact that the independent operation of SVG of photovoltaic power plants in Northeast Jiangxi Province affects the voltage and reactive power balance and the reliable and stable operation of power grid,a coordinated control strategy of AVC for photovoltaic SVG access to power grid is proposed,thus improving the voltage and reactive power control level of power grid and ensuring the reliability of power supply.The validity and feasibility of the strategy are verified by EMS remote manual and automatic control experiments.Then,the influence of photovoltaic access to distribution network on reliability devices is summarized,and the solutions adopted in Northeast Jiangxi power grid are presented.And some suggestions for improvement are put forward in this paper.Finally,the paper analyses the phenomenon of limited absorption of photovoltaic in Northeast Jiangxi Province in the case of the part of main transformer and line in the N-1 conditions.And in view of its impact on the safe and reliable operation of the power grid,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the grid frame and making photovoltaics reasonable.
