Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Nakao River Wetland Park In Nanning City

With the development of ecological civilization in full swing,urban wetland park,as a park green space integrating leisure and recreation,popular science education,ecological conservation and other functions,is much loved and concerned by people.TakingNakao river wetland park,a sponge pilot project in nanning city,as the research object,this paper attempts to build a set of evaluation model,analyze the Postoccupancy evaluation of urban wetland park and put forward Suggestions for improvement,so as to provide research ideas and construction Suggestions for similar green space.Based on the POE,qualitative analysis and evaluation are conducted on the data of internal and external social environment,internal physical environment,users'basic conditions,use conditions and behavior characteristics.A set of factors for Postoccupancy evaluation of urban wetland parks was constructed,and the satisfaction and importance of 21 factors were quantitatively analyzed by means of SD semantic difference method and AHP analytic hierarchy process.The comprehensive division of factors was obtained by combining satisfaction and importance factors with the method of quartiles model.Finally,the subjective and objective evaluation and analysis are combined.The specific research results are as follows:(1)the park has a wide radiation range,with 49.9%of users coming from 3 km away;Spring,winter and weekend are the peak seasons for visitors.The users come to the park mainly for walks and family activities.They are satisfied with the overall satisfaction of the park.lt reflects the organic integration of ecological attribute and leisure attribute of Nacao river wetland park.(2)the hot spots of the park are the middle and upper reaches of the south bank and the middle reaches of the north bank,such as the big lawn,the charm of the color pond,the golden laurel square,the undercurrent wetland and the wooden trestle;Thirty-one activities and seven types of activities were observed,among which the distribution of dynamic leisure activities was generally distributed in a belt along the main garden road counterclockwise,but the area of the big lawn was in a point and flake shape,and some areas were crowded.Static leisure activities are distributed in spots and patches in the main scenic spots and surrounding areas upstream of the park.Sports and fitness activities are concentrated in the fitness equipment area;Cultural and recreational activities are concentrated in the arbour near the entrance;Crossings and other activities are common at entrances and main entrances;Morning and evening users mainly focus on fitness facilities for sports fitness activities;Morning and afternoon(14:30)throughout the park and the main attractions into the action of static leisure activities;At noon and in the afternoon(16:30)focus on crossing and dynamic leisure activities near the entrances and exits.(3)the SD method of semantic difference between mean value analysis to get the user satisfaction withthe highest top five factors:overall aesthetics>Environmental health>architectural and sketch rationality>Public security management>Air quality,the lowest satisfaction after five factors are:Health facilities>Barrier-free facility>Business services>Rest facilities>External transportation convenience;AHP analytic hierarchy process calculates the weight,and the top five factors that have the highest influence on the Postoccupancy evaluation of the park are:External transportation convenience>Rationality of internal traffic>overall aesthetics>Rationality of entrance and exit setting>Public security management.(4)Through the comprehensive analysis of 21 evaluation factors by the quarterplot model,there are 4 factors in the dominant area,5 factors in the repair area,4 factors in the opportunity area,and 8 factors in the maintenance area.Therefore,to improve the satisfaction of the park and improve the service level of the park,we should focus on the five factors in the repair area.It is predicted that the park will receive multiple users in the next two to three years,and it is in urgent need to increase the infrastructure such as sunshade,rain shelter,rest facilities and toilet facilities in the future.In conclusion,Nanning Nakao river wetland park is an urban wetland park with ecological conservation function as the main function dynamic and static leisure activities and good ecological benefits as the supplement.In order to better maintain its ecological and cultural value and enhance the service function of leisure and recreation,we should optimize the route and add more convenient transportation facilities.Allocate space reasonably according to use condition,enrich plant season phase;Add rain-shading,sun-shading,rest facilities,toilets and other infrastructure;Regular maintenance of facilities,do a goodjob in sponge inspection;Increase the type of popular science activities,pay attention to cultural construction.And for the same type of green space to provide reference.
