The emergence of BIM technology is another information revolution in the field of Engineering construction.With the popularization and promotion of BIM technology,BIM standards become the key to further application of BIM technology.The lack of research and application of BIM standardization hinders the further development of BIM technology.The standardization requirements of BIM model in the process of building are of great significance to the development of BIM technology.In this paper,the current BIM standard framework at home and abroad is summarized and summarized.On this basis,the necessity and feasibility of BIM modeling standards are studied.The BIM modeling standard framework is proposed,and the content of the framework is studied in depth with a case study.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on literature review and theoretical research,this paper elaborates the research background,research route,summarizes the development status of BIM standards,studies the international and domestic BIM standards framework,types of BIM standards,and demonstrates the importance of BIM standards for the development of BIM technology.(2)By comparing BIM technology with traditional CAD technology,this paper points out the limitations of CAD in the stage of engineering design and construction,highlights the advantages of BIM modeling technology,clarifies the development potential of BIM technology,then analyses the obstacles of BIM technology development,and demonstrates the necessity of BIM modeling standard for the development of BIM technology.(3)Based on the performance of BIM technology in the construction industry,this paper analyses the problems that may be encountered in the compilation,application,popularization of BIM standards and their impact on traditional industries,and puts forward suggestions to solve them.It also expounds the feasibility of BIM modeling standards,which provides a feasible theoretical support for the compilation of BIM modeling standards in the later stage.(4)By summarizing and analyzing the published BIM standards in China,it is found that there is no complete modeling standard at present,and the existing standards have a general description of the BIM modeling part,which is not refined,and the content composition is inconsistent.This paper summarizes the composition framework of BIM modeling standards,and further refines the detailed rules.Finally,through an engineering example,it is proved that the BIM modeling standard framework based on this paper is feasible and has certain applicability.Through the research on the architecture of BIM modeling standards,this paper hopes to contribute to the establishment and improvement of BIM modeling standards,and provide useful reference for the formulation of BIM modeling standards at all levels in the future.
