People's quality of life is constantly improving,and the way people choose to travel is becoming more and more convenient.Many intelligent facilities are also around people.In the face of baggage,passengers always have concerns about storage or safety.Therefore,it is extremely urgent for users to provide an intelligent system that meets their psychological needs.This topic is based on the difficulty of passenger baggage self-management intelligent service,analyzes the psychological needs of users,and establishes its feasibility.Through the unconscious design concept as a theoretical guide,the potential needs of users are stimulated,the demand is increased,the user's emotional concerns are mobilized,and the user's needs are met in the most convincing way.Through user research,understand and analyze the real situation of passengers carrying luggage,and establish a mainstream user model according to the actual situation to enhance the credibility of the product.Using user requirements-key factors-corresponding strategy path analysis rules,analyze different solutions for user needs,and finally determine and improve product details through user experience maps,and finally establish detailed information hierarchy and functional architecture,and output detailed interactions Process and interface design to meet user needs.The design of the autonomous management system for passenger baggage needs to be scientifically analyzed according to the user's real needs,psychological and emotional factors,so as to meet the real user needs and design a practical baggage autonomous management system.This design can effectively help users to ensure the safety and integrity of the baggage while riding.It can also provide users with practical storage reservation service,and provide intelligent service for the high-speed rail baggage management system,which has reference value.
