With the continuous development of railway transportation,higher requirements have been put forward for the construction and maintenance of railway lines.Movable spanner has become an indispensable railway maintenance machinery.Most of the domestic railway bolt operation equipment is manual,with low technical level and backward means of operation.In In the current line maintenance operations,most of the railway public works segments use semi-automatic mechanical equipment as road maintenance equipment,but there are still defects such as low operating efficiency and large labor intensity.Under this background,the research and design of the self-operated track bolt working machine came into being.The work machine can automatically locate the track bolt fasteners to solve the problems of inconvenient manual operation and high work intensity.and at the same time improve the working efficiency.Therefore,it can be foreseen that the self-operated track bolt working machine will become the future direction of line maintenance.In this paper,an self-operated track bolt working machine is designed.Its working principle,frame structure and work flow are analyzed,Combining the actual needs of the current market,designed and developed a self-operated track bolt working machine,the main research content of this article is as follows.First of all,the preliminary investigation of the railway works section is carried out,the overall research plan of self operated track bolt working machine is determined.Through the analysis of the work flow of the entire system,determine the specific implementation plan.Based on the above,the research and design of the lifting mechanism and loosening and tightening system of the work-spanner for the self-operated track bolt working machine.Working spanner design includes lifting mechanism and loosening and tightening system.The design of loosening and tightening system of the spanner includes the hydraulic schematic diagram of the system and the transfer case,and hydraulic motors,hydraulic pumps,hydraulic pumps,hydraulic valves were selected to determine the output power.Due to the different torque required by the spanner when loosening and tightening,the transfer case and socket spanner need to be designed for loosening and tightening the system.Secondly,the research and design of the walking system of the self-operated track bolt working machine is carried out.Introduce the overall layout of the travel system,determine the drive mode of the track bolt working machine and the main parameters of the drive system.According to the pure electric drive system of the traveling system,the design and selection of the driving motor and the battery are performed.Finally,according to the design of the whole machine,the virtual prototype was established for the self-operated track bolt working machine,and the main parts were modeled and analyzed statically.
