Research On Evolution Of Urban Master Planning Of Baiyin City Based On "156 Projects"

In the mid-20 th century,China was born as a new socialist country.After a long period of war,China has a hundred undertakings to be prosperous.Industry,as the most important material production sector in the national economy,is great importance to New China.However,the industrial base of New China is very weak and its industrial development is very difficult.Especially in heavy industry,New China is almost poor.The selection of the Soviet Union under specific historical conditions and the "156 projects" supported by the Soviet Union are like boosters,which have made remarkable achievements in the industry of New China,especially in heavy industry,in a relatively short historical period."156 Projects" is a key project to lay the industrial foundation of New China.Projects are all over the vast land of New China.However,under specific historical conditions,most of the industrial projects in this period were located in inland areas,especially in the central and western regions of China,which are not easily threatened by military forces and rich in mineral resources due to the consideration of resource distribution and national defense security.Area.In this context,Gansu Province,which is located in the northwest inland and rich in resources,is facing a great opportunity for development.Eight of the 156 projects are located in Gansu Province,in Lanzhou and Baiyin,six of which are located in Lanzhou and two in Baiyin.The two "156 Projects" built in Baiyin have changed the barren history of Baiyin area rapidly,and also contributed to the birth of Baiyin City,which has become a typical representative of the city "established by mining and enterprises".Taking 156 projects as clues,this paper deduces the evolution process of Baiyin city master plan,summarizes the evolution characteristics and summarizes the evolution law.The article is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.The main contents include research background,research purpose and significance,research content,review of research progress at home and abroad,research methods and framework,key issues to be solved,etc.The second chapter mainly discusses the situation of "156 key projects" of Soviet Union's assistance to China during the First Five-Year Plan period,the reasons for the location of the two major projects and the reasons for their failure.The two major projects of Jianbaiyin are introduced separately,and then the role of "156 projects" in promoting the birth and development of Baiyin City after the completion of Baiyin City is discussed.The third chapter combs the process of Baiyin City's urban master planning,and divides the evolution history of Baiyin City's urban planning into stages.The fourth chapter studies the evolution of the dynamic mechanism of Baiyin City's master planning.This paper analyses the dynamic mechanism of the compilation of the master plan and its relationship with the two "156 projects".Chapter V,the paper studies the evolution of the urban spatial pattern in Baiyin's master plan.Discusses the evolution characteristics,trends and reasons of spatial pattern;Chapter VI studies the evolution of the ideological paradigm of Baiyin City Master Plan,analyses the evolution process of the ideological paradigm of Baiyin City Master Plan and the influence of different paradigms on Baiyin City's urban development;Chapter VII analyses and evaluates the impact of Baiyin City Master Plan,and summarizes the impact of Baiyin City Master Plan in the next edition.The eighth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the study.
