The urgent need with the construction and improvement of urban public transport system,is becoming more and more obvious with the increasing scale of urban land.In order to better promote the coordinated development of urban areas,the advantages of mass transit,high efficiency and comfort have become increasingly prominent.Because of its convenience and flexibility,conventional bus and rail transit together constitute the flesh and blood of urban public transport system.How to make the orderly competition and coordinated development between the two and give full play to the role of public transport in urban construction has become a hot topic of current research.Firstly,by studying the status quo and theoretical methods of coordinated development between rail transit and conventional public transport at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the functional orientation of rail transit and conventional public transport in urban public transport system,and makes a comparative analysis of their economic and technical characteristics.After comparing the cooperation and competition between the two,the four kinds of spatial relationship between them are analyzed,which can be used as an important basis for the adjustment of the conventional public transportation network in the later period.Secondly,the goal and method of the adjustment of the conventional public transportation network and the adjustment process are clarified.This paper defines the scope of passenger flow attraction of rail transit,chooses 13 important factors affecting the adjustment of conventional public transportation network,obtains the traffic data of influencing factors corresponding to each conventional public transportation lines within the passenger flow attraction range of Urumqi Rail Transit Line 1 through field investigation,and makes descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis and cluster analysis with SPSS software.The lines to be adjusted are given,and the specific measures to adjust the lines are given.Finally,according to the operation status of Urumqi Rail Transit Line 1 and conventional public transportation,as well as the survey data,combined with the adjustment methods of conventional public transportation lines,the existing problems of conventional public transportation lines are analyzed,and 16 conventional public transportation lines within the passenger flow attraction range of rail transit line 1 are can celled,truncated and changed.
