Abstract/Summary:
As an important infrastructure in social development and mass life,highways occupy a vital position.For this reason,along with the rapid development of the national economy,highways are moving into a new era of rapid development.Because highway construction has the characteristics of strong liquidity,long cycle,and great influence by natural environment and external factors,safety accidents in construction are constantly occurring,which are unfavorable factors restricting road development.How to strengthen the safety management in expressway construction and realize the safe production in expressway construction according to the characteristics of expressway construction has become an important topic in the safety management research of highway construction.Therefore,through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data and the actual investigation of the construction site,the safety management methods of expressway construction enterprises are deeply studied,and the construction safety risks of Jinging to Zhuanglang section of S25 Jingning to Tianshui Expressway are carried out.Evaluation.The analysis of the final results proposes specific methods to improve the safety management of construction enterprises.Its main contents are as follows:First of all,through field investigation and literature summary analysis,applying the basic theory of risk evaluation to the static highway project,analysis of the hazards of the definition,composition and classification method,the analysis of the harm mechanism of hazards,and the identification of hazards identification method and process of in-depth research,clearly define the hazard category of highway construction,through quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods,gives the construction safety risk assessment procedures and purpose,to evaluate the construction safety risk with engineering examples.Secondly,according to the analysis table of hazard and risk factors in the Jingzhuang project and the links and parts prone to accidents,refer to the JGJ/T77-2010 for safety production evaluation standards of construction enterprises and the safety production evaluation standard for construction enterprises JGJ/T77-2010 And the relevant laws and regulations of "Technical Regulations for Highway Engineering Safety Construction JTGF90-2015",carry out comprehensive risk identification,and classify safety risks of highway construction into employee factors,facilities and equipment management factors,operating environment factors and organization according to safety management system.Management factors and research on the status quo of highway construction safety management.Thirdly,on the basis of comprehensively identifying the safety risks of highway construction,the paper analyzes the common methods of risk assessment and their advantages and disadvantages.The OWA-gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the risk factors of highway construction safety.For example,the Zhuang expressway project uses the OWA operator combination weighting method to assign weights to the index system,and then carries out gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on construction safety risk factors.The evaluation results show that the overall risk of the project is at a general level and needs to be organized.The risk factors in the management and operating environment are focused on control.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the loopholes in the safety management of construction enterprises are analyzed.The countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of employees,equipment and facilities management,operating environment and organization management.Safety production leading group is also established to establish safety.Production assurance system,built a smart site management system,become a powerful weapon for daily management.
