| With the continuous improvement of railway maintenance machinery level,in the Shenmu-Shuozhou railway,large track maintenance machinery is often used for tamping-based comprehensive maintenance operations.Research on decision-making model for tamping operation of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway plays an important guiding role in effectively improving the tamping operation maintenance quality and reducing the tamping operation cost,and for achieving the preventive maintenance and refined management for tamping operation of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway.Based on the analysis of the research status of decision-making for railway tamping operation at home and abroad,with the management requirements of decision-making for Shenmu-Shuozhou railway tamping operations,the decision-making model for tamping operation of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway based on grey system was established in this paper.The decision-making model mainly includes:(1)The appropriate tamping decision-making index for Shenmu-Shuozhou railway was selected,by studying the recovery measure of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway tamping operation on different track geometry irregularity indexes.And the prediction model of the track quality condition based on grey system was established for the tamping decision-making index of the 200 m track segment,based on the grey system theory and method,with the railway infrastructure gridding management theory and method.(2)A tamping operation limit determination model based on the Tamping Comprehensive Evaluation Index was established to determine the best tamping operation limit for the optimal balance between the tamping operation maintenance quality and the tamping operation cost for Shenmu-Shuozhou railway,by comprehensively considering the tamping operation maintenance quality and the tamping operation cost.(3)Combining with the prediction model of the track quality condition and the tamping operation limit,a reasonable and heterogeneous tamping operation decision was made for each track segment,including determining the tamping operation time and the tamping cycle based on the track quality condition prediction.Finally,a total of 48 track inspection car historical data from September 2014 to December 2018 and tamping operation maintenance data from 2014 to 2018 of the Shenmu-Shuozhou railway Hexi transportation division was collected,by participating in the Shenshuo Railway Branch Company project "Shenshuo Railway Branch Company Operation Integrated Business Management System" undertaken by Beijing Jiaotong University.And the above data was used to verify the effectiveness of the decision-making model for tamping operation of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway based on grey system proposed in this paper.The results show that the decision-making model proposed in this paper is effective,and the tamping operation decision based on the decision-making model helped significantly improve the tamping operation of the Shenmu-Shuozhou railway in terms of the tamping length of track and tamping cost.This is verified by comparing with the actual tamping operation decision of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway. |
