Supply Chain Information Sharing Process Optimization Of B Enterprise's Finished Vehicle Imported

In this paper,the finished vehicle imported supply chain is the whole logistics process of the vehicle,from completed of production in foreign factories,through international transportation,import customs clearance,domestic warehousing,domestic transportation,and final delivery to the dealers.The most special process in the import vehicle supply chain is the import customs clearance process.In recent years,policies and regulations on strengthening the supervision of import enterprises,punishment for misdeclaration of import process.Misdeclaration of information may cause the risk of interruption of supply chain.At the same time,the cost of supply chain will be raised.In addition to the increase of supply chain risk caused by the strengthening of government supervision,on the other hand,the rising logistics costs and the decreasing profit margin of the industry also require B enterprises to further improve the efficiency of the supply chain to save the cost of the supply chain.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the risk of B enterprise's import vehicle supply chain and improve the efficiency of B enterprise's import vehicle supply chain.Combining supply chain management theory,process optimization theory and information sharing theory,re-analyzed the value chain of enterprise B,and identified the core business links of supply chain of enterprise B.Then,through the performance importance matrix analysis,find out the process with strong importance but poor performance in the existing value chain.Then,through process analysis method and key object interview method respectively to find out detail information sharing process problems.Through reconstructing the existing process,formulate sharing mechanism,introducing information system,introducing advanced technology tools,establishment of shared case base,business outsourcing and other ways to optimization the information sharing process.Finally,from the point of view of the whole process of the system,the SCOR model is applied to systematically sort out the information sharing process of B enterprise supply chain.It is suggested that information sharing platform be introduced to link the information sharing process of each link in the value chain,and then the optimization scheme of information sharing process can be guaranteed by means of supplier selection and supplier evaluation system establishment.
