With the continuous improvement of the level of technology,wireless charging technology has developed rapidly.Since the emergence of this technology,it has attracted the attention of many scientific research institutions and enterprises.In view of the current inaccurate position of wireless charging,people generally put charging at random.If the load is in a position where the wireless charging efficiency is relatively low,the problem of power consumption and time was wasted.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes the optimal wireless charging efficiency position design based on 3D scanning.At present,3D scanning technology has been widely used in the fields of machinery manufacturing,biomedicine,construction industry and electronic products.It mainly uses 3D printers to have a large scanning range,high speed and high precision and can test each test point of wireless charging position.A scan and simultaneously record their coordinates,set the running direction and range,then combined with the built-in wireless charging hardware platform and the developed display control software system to achieve software and hardware automation efficiency test system.According to the whole efficiency test system,the determination of the optimal wireless charging efficiency position is obtained.The experiment verifies the efficiency and accuracy of the system and achieves the expected effect of the design.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.By comparing and analyzing the existing standards of different wireless charging technologies,the technologies and standards adopted in the wireless charging hardware platform are determined.According to the requirements analysis,the key parameters are proposed.Completed the overall system design and system testing process.2.According to the design principle of small size,light weight,high integration and practicability,each module is integrated to build the whole hardware platform,and the system hardware peripherals are selected and parameterized.Complete the module design of wireless charging system FOD detection,FSK modulation,I2 C interface,power consumption and heat dissipation.3.Based on the virtual instrument and Python as the development tool,the test and control software system is designed according to the interface friendly and test automation principles.The software module such as instrument port address,instrument driver,UI interface and test case is written.And for the optimal location of wireless charging,the optimal running direction and range of 3D scanning and test data export system are designed.4.On the basis of completing the display control software platform,the software and hardware system is jointed and tested.During the test process,the test status and data information are displayed in real time on the visual panel.The test data is exported to the excel table,which will be important.The test parameters are displayed in a twodimensional graph to determine the most efficient position coordinates within the effective charging range.The automated test system is compared with the traditional test to obtain the best position,which verifies the efficiency and accuracy of the system.
