In 2018,Dongfeng Motor Corporation,Botai Group and Baidu Dumi Division jointly released the WindLink 3.0 artificial intelligence mp5.At the same time,according to the sales statistics of Dongfeng Fengshen Automobile,the annual sales volume of the Dongfeng Fengshen AX7 SUV has reached 45,800 units in 2018,accounting for 49.54%of the total sales volume of Dongfeng Fengshen Automobile in 2018.The Dongfeng Fengshen AX7 is equipped with the WindLink 3.0 mp5.This car will also be used as the main propeller of the Dongfeng passenger car.Therefore,the quality of the car is also becoming more and more important.In the early stage,the test work of the car was done manually,which was inefficient and difficult to keep up with the speed of the version update.In order to save time and labor costs,developing an automated test platform has become an urgent task.However,there is currently no automated test platform for car machines in China.The main difficulty lies in:(1)The models of the car are different.Unlike the CAN network of the in-vehicle electronic system,there is no uniform standard for the development of the vehicle.The vehicles used by the major OEMs are different.For the same brand of cars,different models may use different vehicles.It has brought difficulties to the development of the automated test platform for the vehicle.(2)There is a difference between automated testing with Android devices.Although many of the cars including the WindLink 3.0 mp5 are developed based on the Android system,there is a big difference between the car and the Android device.The car needs to interact with a large number of in-vehicle electronic devices,except for the completion itself.The entertainment function also completes the control functions of various in-vehicle electronic devices.(3)The test environment is changeable.Testing of the car is not only done in the laboratory,but also in various environments,such as:high-speed driving,extreme weather.The Android test platform cannot provide this kind of test environment.For the above problems,the WindLink 3.0 artificial intelligence mp5 accounts for a large proportion of Dongfeng passenger cars,and this car system will carry more Dongfeng passenger car models later,so the first problem can be solved.In response to the following questions,this paper has mainly completed the following work:(1)Combining ADB technology and CAN network communication,a test bench for Dongfeng Fengshen car is designed and implemented.(2)Based on OpenCV,the image processing technology is combined with automated testing,and the image preprocessing method of Baidu OCR technology is improved to make it suitable for vehicle testing.(3)Based on Python voice,and according to the official test case,the script of the East Windmill Automation Test Platform was completed.The innovation of this thesis is to introduce the Android automated test method into the vehicle test,and realize the process of the East Windmill test platform from scratch to the car machine through the CAN network and other in-vehicle electronic devices.The test results prove that the automated test platform has practicality,and the platform has good portability and can be quickly transplanted to other vehicle test based on Android system development.
