In order to promote the application of energy dissipation in prefabricated buildings,Dr.Guo of Sichuan Academy of Building Sciences proposed a dual-function “new SelfSeismic Prefabricated Wallboard(SSPW)”,which applies shock-absorbing parts to assembly.In the building,it not only has the function of using ordinary components,but also has the function of energy absorption and shock absorption.In this paper,ABAQUS was used to conduct numerical analysis on two groups of 6 Self-Seismic Prefabricated Wallboard core energy dissipation members with different heights and spans and the whole wallboard,and horizontal reciprocating load was carried out to study its working mechanism and energy dissipation performance.The results show that the hysteretic curve of Self-Seismic Prefabricated Wallboard is symmetric and full under the action of reciprocating load,and it is a parallelogram with obvious bilinear restoring force characteristics;As the span or storey height of the steel rod frame increases,the yield force decreases,the hysteretic area decreases and the energy dissipation capability decreases;Under the lateral force,the core energy dissipation components yield,the lower wall is still not destroyed,the energy dissipation effect is good,the equivalent viscous damping coefficient is higher than 43%.In the numerical simulation on the basis of above,according to its material and the mechanical characteristics,forming the simplified mechanical model of suspension prefabricated wallboard,proposed in view of the theoretical mechanics formula wallboard,its mechanical key parameters are derived,and the results of theoretical analysis and simulation results were analyzed,the results show that the errors are within 8%.In this paper,MIDAS GEN is used to simulate a practical prefabricated concrete frame structure,and the seismic performance of ordinary frame structure and SSPW structure is compared.The results show that the SSPW structure has better control effect on the inter-storey displacement Angle,the top floor displacement and the top floor acceleration than the original structure under the action of frequent or rare earthquakes,which all meet the requirements of the code;The hysteresis loop curve of Self-Seismic Prefabricated Wallboard is full and symmetric,which consumes a large amount of energy input before the yield of the main structure and effectively protects the main structure.Combined with the specification and the advanced technology at home and abroad,aiming at its particularity,around the installation and construction of SSPW,this paper expounds the different layout of three kinds of Self-Seismic Prefabricated Wallboard;In view of the three different conditions of the wall layout,from the construction before to the completion of the construction,the full construction process of Self-Seismic Prefabricated Wallboard is put forward,and the installation and construction of SelfSeismic Prefabricated Wallboard and the key points of checking calculation are analyzed;On this basis,through different stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance,the application of Self-Seismic Prefabricated Wallboard in BIM technology is discussed.
