| As the world energy crisis is intensified,energy saving and environmental protection has become the focus of people increasingly.The construction industry’s features:cycle is long,a lot of resources and energy consumption,waste more and other characteristics will be a serious negative impact on resources and environment in the construction process.In order to save energy and protect environment,we have to study the building energy consumption.Building energy consumption have two kinds of definition:broad sense and narrow sense.Its narrow sense refer to the building energy consumption in the process of daily use,it’s also the building energy consumption in operation stage.Its broad sense refer to building materials’ production and transportation,energy consumption in the process of building construction and daily use.It can be seen that building is not only consume energy in operation stage,but also need to consume energy in construction stage.Recent studies show that the energy consumption of building in the construction stage can account for 23%of the whole life cycle of building energy consumption,it’s as high as 40%-60%in the low energy consumption building.Therefore,building energy consumption can not be ignored in the construction stage,we can adopt corresponding energy saving measures through the analysis and calculation of energy consumption in the construction stage.At present,the domestic scholars and research institutions’ research results are most concentrated in the whole life cycle of building energy consumption’s evaluation,especially,the energy consumption of the building in the operation phase,the research of the energy consumption in the construction phase is less,also have no unified calculation model.In abroad,the research of construction energy consumption is relatively more,its calculation model considered relatively complete and comprehensive.It’s relatively mature on the analysis of construction initial energy,calculation method and the energy consumption path research.But,their most studies for a construction process,and not consider a single project’s whole construction energy consumption.Firstly,according to the construction of civil steel structure building,this artical mapped the construction flow chart of civil steel structure building,this flow chart is include all construction process of the civil steel structure building.In order to calculate the construction energy consumption more accurately,construction energy consumption can be divided into three parts:construction initial energy consumption,energy consumption of supporting facilities and energy consumption of the waste disposal,we can calculate energy consumption respectively.Then,the article focused on the calculation of construction initial energy consumption,construction initial energy consumption can be divided into four parts:building materials’ embodied energy,processing energy consumption of component,energy consumption of the building materials’(components)transportation and the energy consumption of construction process,we established the calculation model respectively.According to the flow diagram of construction process,we use VB6.0 made the programming interface of civil steel structure building construction initial energy consumption’s calculation,and calculate the energy consumption in construction process of autoclaved lightweight concrete block wall and ALC wall separately,it’s highlight the enormous advantage of industrialization of civil steel structure building in the field of construction energy consumption.Based on the calculation model of construction initial energy consumption,we established civil steel structure housing industrialization construction energy consumption index system,we taking the example of Ji’nan golden age steel structure residential project to calculate,and obtained the important energy consumption index of larger influence on the construction energy consumption,and sorted.At the same time,this article also determine the weight of these specific energy consumption index through the form of investigation questionnaire in the construction site,the result are consistent with the theoretical calculation result,it’s not only confirmed that theoretical calculation accords with the engineering practice,but also reflects the accuracy of the calculation model.Finally,the article established the non-green factors analysis framework,and analysis the non-green factors of ordinary steel structure construction and industrialization steel structure construction,and put forward specific green construction plans for the steel structure building of industrialization. |
