| In recent years,the pace of urban rail transit construction in China has accelerated,and the mode of rail transit travel has a unique advantage as a preferred solution to solve urban traffic problems in the cold season.In this context,this paper studies the impact of the new rail transit line in the cold and snowy city on the choice of residents’ travel modes.Based on the climatic characteristics of the city during the snowy period in the cold region,this paper analyzes the influence of the characteristics of the snow and ice period on the choice behavior of residents.The nested(NL)model of the choice of residents’ travel modes under the general travel cost is studied,and the roads around the new line before and after the opening of the new line are evaluated.The impact of traffic congestion.The specific research work includes the following four aspects.(1)Analyze the impact of traffic travel environment on urban traffic during the cold season,and describe the characteristics of urban traffic during the snowy period from the aspects of climate characteristics and road conditions,and analyze the road friction coefficient under different road conditions to the incidence of urban traffic accidents.Impact.It describes the travel characteristics of four modes of transportation: private cars,taxis,buses and rail transit in the snow and ice city.(2)From the perspective of the utility maximization principle of residents’ travel mode choice behavior,analyze the reasons why residents’ travel choices are transferred from private cars,taxis,buses to new rail routes.Using the survey data of Changchun residents during the snow and ice period,the statistical analysis of the characteristics of the factors affecting the travel of residents in the cold and snow period in Changchun City.(3)Based on the generalized cost theory,the cost of travel economy,travel time,comfort,convenience,punctuality,and safety factors are quantified,and private cars,taxis,buses,and rail transit are established.The generalized cost function of transportation mode is used to construct the nested(NL)model of travel modeselection under the general cost of snow and ice.The survey data is selected by the travel mode of the residents in Changchun city during the snow and ice period,and the model is modeled by TRANSCAD traffic planning software.The parameters are calibrated to calculate the share of travel of residents before and after the opening of the new line.(4)Analyzed the influence process of the new line on the ground traffic operation,and selected the grey approaching ideal ranking method to evaluate the road traffic congestion state around the new line before and after the opening of the new line,and selected the load degree,average travel speed and delay ratio as the road segment evaluation index.The saturation and the average delay are used as the evaluation indicators of the intersection as the evaluation indicators.Using the traffic survey data of the area around Changchun Metro Line 1,the load value,average travel speed,delay ratio,saturation and other parameter values ??are calculated.The average delay index value of the intersection is obtained by using VISSIM traffic simulation software.The ideal ranking method evaluates the road traffic congestion before and after the opening of Metro Line 1.The research in this paper provides a way for travellers to choose the most effective mode of travel,and considers the impact of the new rail line on the travel structure of the residents and the ease of road traffic congestion in the surrounding areas. |
