With the development of social economy,extreme events such as water ecology,water environment,water disasters and water resources occur frequently in river and lake systems.Therefore,it is proposed that the local government should take the lead in implementing and promoting an innovative River and Lake management system with Chinese characteristics,namely the River length system,to break the situation of "water control in Kowloon",and to truly unify the tasks of river and lake management to deal with the incidents related to rivers and lakes.In the aspect of river flood forecasting,firstly study the process mechanism of flood,and at the same time raise the research of flood to the height of simulation,analyze the current flow capacity of rivers and the standard of flood control,and achieve the goal of accurately and quickly predicting flood disasters,and provide the technology of flood forecasting for the information system of river length.In this paper,using MIKE-21 FM and SuperMap GIS platform,taking the Chaoyang water channel of ** City,Henan Province as an example,based on the twodimensional incompressible non-constant flow Reynolds average stress equation,the MIKE-21 FM HD model is constructed for flood evolution simulation.Numerical simulation of river flooding by MIKE21 FM is carried out.For the visualization of flood evolution,based on SuperMap GIS,the C# language is used for programming to visualize the dynamic evolution of river floods.The main contents of this paper include:1.First calculate the design flood process line and the safety discharge line of the river section in the waterless data area.The data of river bank line,boundary line of research area and terrain XYZ file are made into irregular triangular mesh file by using Mesh Generator module of Mike 21 FM.The mesh file is used to calculate the river roughness and other parameters of the model,and the MIKE21 FM HD model is established to simulate the river flood evolution.2.The traditional flood evolution method is used to calculate the flood evolution process,and the results are compared with the simulation results to analyze the rationality of the simulation results.3.Based on the SuperMap GIS platform,the method of digitizing the tilt model and other related data is studied and displayed on the platform.4.The feasibility of displaying Mike 21 FM HD simulation results in SuperMap GIS platform and the dynamic evolution of river floods is studied and the corresponding methods are put forward,that is,extracting the water surface data of different periods,making the three-dimensional surface of flood evolution in different periods in SuperMap iDesktop,and programming with C# language,so as to realize the dynamic visualization in the process of flood evolution.5.Finally,the simulation results are used to draw the river flood submergence analysis map,analyze the river flooding inundation in 20 years and the design flood evolution visualization system.The system realizes the functions of data interaction,dynamic display of flood evolution process,query attributes and other performance functions,and provides technical support for the "River length system" information platform.
