Flood disaster is the most important natural disaster all over the world.In recent years,the urbanization process around the world has been accelerating,and the ecosystem has been seriously damaged.The frequency of flood disasters is increasing,which seriously threatens the safety of human life and property.When the flood disaster comes,how to accurately predict the flood inundation range,work out a feasible scheme for flood avoidance and resettlement,and solve the problem of selecting the best route in the process of resettlement,which is the focus of this paper.Transferring people and materials before the flood can effectively alleviate the losses caused by flood disasters.At present,in the aspect of flood inundation analysis,most scholars do flood inundation analysis modeling based on hydrodynamic models,and the establishment of these models often requires strong professional knowledge in water conservancy,which is not conducive to the popularization and application of technology.In recent years,with the maturity of GIS technology,it has become a research hotspot to use GIS technology combined with DEM data to analyze flooding.In this paper,the simulation of flood inundation and the optimization of flood avoidance,transfer and resettlement scheme are studied in Bazhou,Bazhong City,Sichuan Province.The main research contents are as follows:1)In the aspect of flooding analysis,taiming at the problem of low computational efficiency of traditional seed spreading algorithm under the condition of large amount of DEM data,the scheme of dividing DEM data into blocks is adopted,and the flood simulation of Bazhou main city is realized through plug-in development of C# language,which ensures the accuracy and improves the computational efficiency at the same time..2)In the selection of resettlement sites for flood avoidance,tthrough analyzing the influencing factors of resettlement sites,AHP and bidirectional matching method are adopted to optimize the site selection scheme of flood shelter.Finally,the best place for flood avoidance and resettlement of each transfer unit in the main urban area of Bazhou was determined.3)In the aspect of selecting the optimal transfer route,according to the matching results of the determined optimal resettlement sites,combined with the disaster situation and road network data of Bazhou main city,the network data set is improved by adding virtual nodes and virtual paths in Arc GIS,and then the optimal path of flood avoidance transfer is solved based on Dijkstra algorithm.In this paper,the analysis of flood inundation,the location of resettlement sites and the optimal transfer route in the study area are systematically analyzed and studied.The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for flood disaster prediction,flood avoidance and resettlement,and flood disaster impact assessment.At the same time,it is of great significance to further improve flood control efficiency and reduce flood disaster losses in flood-affected areas.
