ITO coated glass is widely used in flat panel displays,touch screens,solar cells and other fields.The quality of its products has an important impact on the products it produces.Automated Optical Inspection(AOI)systems are commonly used for defect detection of ITO conductive glass to ensure product quality and guide the production process.The system is structurally sophisticated and covers mechanical motion,network communication,optical imaging and other fields.This paper studies the motion control in the AOI system applied to ITO glass inspection.According to the function of the whole machine,the networked control platform is built with the motion controller MP2300 S and HUB.According to the different power supply specifications of each functional module in the system,the overall control circuit of the detection system is designed.The SGM7 J servo-driven rotating motor produced by Yaskawa is used.The uniform speed drag and alignment of ITO glass is realized,which lays a foundation for high-precision scanning of image processing system;based on MPE software,PLC ladder program and motion control program are written to realize complete control of AOI of whole machine;to industrial tablet PC PPC-3120 builds a humanmachine interface,develops a human-machine interface based on MFC and Windows multi-threading technology,realizes communication with the motion controller,realizes remote service function,and realizes remote monitoring of the whole machine through the client.The compiled software and the developed hardware system were tested online.Through the processing and analysis of the test data,the software realized the timing control and motion control of the AOI system;the roller motor speed movement was stable,and the centering device basically satisfied its function.
