In the power system,the telecontrol technology is mainly used to realize the monitoring of the substation by the dispatching master station in the power dispatching system to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the power system.At the same time,in order to enhance the reliability of station-side monitoring,multiple dispatching master stations are generally established to monitor the same substation,and each dispatching master station communicates with the substation through different data transmission channels to enhance the reliability of the power dispatching system.According to the upgrade and transformation requirements proposed by the power dispatching automation system,it is required to connect some stations that have not yet access the local dispatching master station and spare dispatching master station system through the dispatching data network,and to monitor the substation in real time in multiple dispatching master stations.However,some remote engines that are being used in substations do not have a network interface and do not have enough serial port interfaces,so that they cannot access the new local dispatching master station and spare dispatching master station system through the dispatching data network,and complete the transformation requirements of the multi-dispatching system.If replace all substations remote engines will requires high costs and a large workload.In this regard,this paper studies the telecontrol communication protocol adopted by the substation that needs to be modified and the access mode of the new local dispatching master station and spare dispatching master station system,and designs a far-reaching problem for the shortage of the number and types of remote engines interfaces in the substation.Remote engines networking splitter as a communication control device between the multi-dispatching master station and the substation remote engines,it has a network interface and sufficient serial port interface,and implements a one-to-many communication control method in which the remote engine can through a single serial port to communicate with multi-dispatching master station.The multi-dispatching master station can monitoring and scheduling of the substation in real time,so as to realize the integration goal of the multi-dispatching master station system of the electric power dispatching system without replacing the substation remote engine.The design of the networked splitter includes hardware design and software design.The hardware circuit design uses the high-performance ARM micro controller LPC1768 as the control core.Complete networked splitter hardware circuit based on the serial port and network communication interface circuit,and supplemented the instruction circuit and the reset button circuit.The software function of the net.worked splitter is based on the embedded RT-Thread operating system,which consists of five functional modules:communication,one-to-many communication control,configuration,indication,and button reset.The implementation of the communication function enables the substation remote engine to access the new scheduling system through the dispatch data network.In addition,in order to enable the remote engine through the single serial port to communicate normally with multi-scheduling master station,a one-to-many communication control function is implemented in the splitter,which is implementation by collaboration of the shunting mechanism,automatic blocking and shielding mechanism and intelligent identification switched mechanism.The configuration function can configure the network and serial parameters and the working mode of the splitter,make it can be used in different substations,thus greatly enhancing its versatility.Finally,the indication and reset functions are implemented in the networked splitter,making it highly practical.
