With the advent of the Internet era,people's lifestyles and behaviors have also changed.Take-away dining has gradually become one of the main ways of eating,and at the same time,the design and innovation of takeaway food packaging has attracted much attention.At present,there are few theoretical literatures and design practices for take-away food packaging at home and abroad,and no systematic research framework has been formed.In this context,this paper summarizes the design value and principles of the current status of current take-away food packaging through the research and analysis,then comprehensively applies the multi-disciplinary professional background and theoretical basis of service design,design aesthetics,psychology,and consumer behavior.The system of food packaging is systematically explored and a set of design innovation methods is derived to provide design basis and new design orientation for subsequent research.This topic explores the innovative design of take-away food packaging based on the “sustainability concept”.The first two part mainly analyzes the consumption concept and behavior pattern of the current consumer groups by summarizing the concept of “sustainability” and its development process and the potential motivation.The third part,the market research on the group classification of the food for sale,through the analysis of the existing take-away food packaging,its sales and consumer feedback,using questionnaires,random interviews,one-on-one in-depth interviews and other methods to get practical reliable market data information to understand the consumer's dependence on food and the focus of ordering,and summarize the existing problems of packaging design for take-away food.The fourth part summarizes the application value of sustainable concept in the packaging of take-away foods.From the three aspects of brand,business and social value,it explores the cultivation of characteristic environmental protection take-out brands,promotes the transformation and development of the industry,and reduces environmental pollution and waste.In addition,through the analysis of existing problems,the corresponding design principles are extracted from five aspects: food safety,transportation convenience,cost control,user experience and recycling.The fifth part,based on the preliminary research and the application of value analysis,based on the design principles,deduces the innovative design method of take-away food packaging under the guidance of sustainable concepts.The five design methods of visual design branding,packaging choice ecologicalization,storage and transportation facilitation and user experience pleasure are respectively used,and the feasibility of the method is proved by a large number of cases.Finally,from the perspective of sustainable development,we study the direction and trend of take-away food packaging,and propose the development direction of the future take-away food packaging--more emphasis on experience and more humanistic care.In summary,this topic applies the sustainable concept exploration to the design of take-away food packaging,provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of complete design strategies and marketing techniques,and expands the research dimension of the emerging packaging.
